Stupid app says my BMI shoulld go from 18.8 to 17.1. Get stuffed. Not everyone wants to lose weight and advocating being in the underweight range is a clear signal to me that this program is not personalised or really moderated at all. Disgusted.

This app provides well structured, time-saving and effective training. I like the fact you can't go back in the days - you either make time to do it or you don't. Of course, for best results, you should really be careful of what you eat and drink. It would be nice if you're able to see what's the routine for the next few days.

I wasn't able to find where my bmi would be calculated after I exercise. ..you know so I can see my fat loss, not just weight. I rather not lose too much weight

Works different muscle groups well. Some exercises need better pictures or explanations. If miss a day can only go back one day. Need to be able to pause days or move forward or back. Overall not a bad app but needs some fine tuning.

I started off with the 8 week programme 2 weeks in my stomach legs started to tone! Highley recommend to start off with the 8 week programme and when that's done do the 4 week programme! You will see amazing results trust me!

There should be offline animation for each exercise and the language of articles is not in English, so solve this problem too!!!

I absolutely love this app. It even works offline, which is a personal requirement not often met by fitness apps. I love how it doesn't let you see tomorrow as it gives me a reason to wake up excited for what I'm going to do. One thing I would suggest though is adding more workout programs. While the ones it has are great, they don't really appeal to me. I like the beach body one as it targets areas I want to strengthen but sadly when I finish and repeat it, it is the same.

This is great. I love that I can check off each work out and it's a great guide / starting point. I'm the type of person that needs some type of structure. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to see what future workouts entail. If there was some arm works outs of day three, I'll tend to do a few more. But what if there's more arm workouts on day 4 and I've stressed out my arms too much to do the next day properly?!?

This app is great for a free ap. I'm at the middle mark of my 8 weeks plan and I love the fact that it does not think you're already a super sportive person. The exercises are progressive and i did not die doing any of the yet. Biggest drawback is the explanations of some moves are sometimes unclear but a quick internet search on the name gives me all I lack here.

I have had the app for awhile and never really used it because I was being lazy.. but now that I am pushing my self to workout again. I started using it and I love it. I have lost 6 pounds in 3 days using this app, some light weights and my treadmill. I can't believe it. The best part is the moves it has you do are not that hard so I actually can do them.

This app is wonderful! Amongst a busy work schedule, this app let's me do exercises on my own time and the workouts and curcuits are just right. I'm on my 5th day and I'm feeling sore and good about myself. Not too hard to keep up with and not too easy to quit. Fair and great to follow! Love the 12 week program I'm currently on. Checkmarking the exercises when you're done also makes you feel accomplished and sets great attainable goals. Keep it up!

I really wish this app could be synced to Google fit or any other app for that matter. 2.Also I might think of a 5 star if you add a calorie count and maybe even add a timer and stop watch with the exercises. 3. If you are giving an option of selecting the exercises when done, I hope we can also get option to add or subtract the number of times we did it. Overall I do like the app. Exercises are explained very well. Thank you. I do hope few more changes and addictions such as the ones mentioned above could be possible.

It won't let you view all past activities and moves the day forward even if you haven't checked the activities off. Also doesn't take into account an appropriate starting level for obese, out of shape individuals.

I really like the workouts, but the app is a little rigid - not that much optimization is possible. Some sections don't work for me, for the weight graph it keeps telling me I have to put in my weight, but thete is no place where I coukd update my weight. I put in my initial weight but I can't overwrite it anymore. But the workouts are really well put together.

Provides a progressive and entertaining workout regiment. Is very easy to follow and get in the habit of consistently working out. Definitely recommend for people trying to get in shape but can't motivate yourself. This app is GREAT!

Its okay. Its not really something that will motivate you to lose weight. I mean can we get a built in Video added to this app or maybe a voice trainer actually speaking to use to help us. Like all you do is do the work out then you have to press whether you completed it or not. Like it doesn't say "oh you completed this time to move on" no you can just press clear and you'll finish the work out. Like that's kind of cheating. You could just sit on the couch and eat a whole bunch of food, then go on the app and press clear and it'll move you on to the next day. Please fix it and I'll give you guys a better rating

When i finished my first program i didn't loose any weight I guess it's my eating habit but I became stronger and my arms and legs are getting toned. The app really helped but some of the exercises given I still have to search on how to properly do it. And if you are sticking with the same program after you finished it becomes boring. I hoped the app will change the routines after you finished a particular program. And also maybe add a rest day.

It is a good way to bring some structured exercise into your daily schedule. I can't say much as far as results go, but it feels good to get up and do some exercise. It would be great if it included a diet tracker or suggestion feature as well.

I've been trying to sign up for the app but I can't even do this. I've added my name, email and password and all it says when I click the button is check my email address. I know that the address is correct so I don't understand this issue. Please fix.

I've always had a slow metabolism. Being chubby my entire life wasn't an insecurity, in fact, I'm extremely confident and love the way I look. 16, F, weighing 186 pounds, I got this app because I wanted to get stronger. First thing, is that if you are already in shape and looking to rock a six pack, this app probably isn't for you. The first few days are very light and meant to get your body out if a sedimentary lifestyle. Which prompted a wake-up call for me, I was sooo sore doing exercises like wall squats, jumping jacks, lunges and with-knee push-ups! But on the fifth day of the regimen, I feel my muscles tighten and I can't remember being so energized, or falling asleep like a rock! I definitely recommend this for people like me. It doesn't throw unhealthy habits in your face, doesn't make you feel guilty for missing a day like some apps do. Ads are unobtrusive, the only thing I'd recommend is a stop watch option for positions you need to hold, like planking.

Kindly add a video tutorial of short length. So that we can know exactly how to do that particular exercise as we don't know how to do each exercise properly. All of my articles are in Chinese, they should be in English. How can I translate them?

I'm on the fourth day of the full body workout. You can't preview the full program, you only have access to today and the previous day. Anything before that is gone. The exercises themselves assume you have some experience so they may be too difficult for a complete beginner, but it is excellent as a guide. Consecutive days work out different muscle groups. Has a cast page full of articles but its in Korean. App could benefit from listing different levels of the same exercise and in-app timer
