FAASOS - Order Food Online

I am a North Indian living in bangalore and many restaurants I tried have been disappointing. Either the prices are high or the taste isn't that good. But FAASOS has been a life saviour. The wraps are good and the chicken rice feasts are amazing. I have been hooked. Almost everything on the menu is good plus the prices are fair. And they have so many offers going on in the app everyday. I have ordered many times from FAASOS and no complaints so far. I would like to recommend this to everyone.

I m loving it faasos... :) You guys are really awesome.. and just coz of your awesome food and fastest delivery ever of any food app.. you saved us from going to bed with hungry empty stomach... Great Food. I have tried multiple online food ordering apps and Fasoos in one of the best. Most of the other apps charge extra after night 10pm. For example in Foodpanda the restaurants change after 10pm and the price will be more and we have to compromise on quality as well. That's not in the case of fasoos. Till night 12 they deliver the food for the same price and same quality. Kudos.. The food taste is also amazing. I love ur rice varieties and chocolate fantasy. Keep up the same quality.

I did not get my referral credits. They tell that I ordered through credits only and that defeats the purpose. If I have credits that means I am telling people good stuff about them and so I should be rewarded for asking them to use faasos. Seriously poor strategy.!

After months of being a loyal customer, they have started sending disgusting food lately. 3 orders spoilt in the last 3 months. No remorse from them. All they do is say sorry. No body has even bothered calling me back and checking on the escalation I made on their official email.

I love the food FAASOS serves but there's just one difficulty that I have faced with the app. If you have credits and you try to use it, and by chance your transaction fails or you cancel the order before payment, the credits still get deducted. And even after waiting for one hour or a bit more, it won't get credited back to the account unless you send a mail to the helpdesk. The helpdesk is pretty responsive though. So 4 stars for the food and helpdesk :)

All this happened on my first order. This the the first and last time I'll be using fassos. It a horrible app that thinks customers are fool. I used a coupon which had 100 off, they mentioned that it is applicable on classic fassos. When I proceeded for checkout and applied the coupon it said its not applicable on meal and combo. That is fine but the should have mentioned that before. Then the thing that bummed me is that in most of the coupon that discounted money goes to you faasos credit but you still have to pay that full amount. That is if your bill is 300 you get a discount of 100, that 100 goes to your credit and you have to pay 300. What kind of stupid logic is that? I tried paying the bill via paytm, it disnt work at all it just kept loading, but as soon is did cod it placed my order immediately. Dear faasos, how dumb do you think we customers are?

The pop-up that shows min. order and delivery time is not fading away. It's annoying.

Quick delivery, delicious food, bug free app. Quantity in the meal box was less, so keep that in mind if you're ordering a meal. One meal box might not be sufficient for lunch/dinner.

This place is like approx 1.7km from my place, but nowadays they take more then an hour to reach with cold or dried hard paratas. This is now my last option place to order food online. I don't know why they have something to track your food within 30 mins if they have to take forever to reach. Multiple times..!! just not talking of 1 experience..

This is the worst app that I have ever installed .The food delivered is off worst quality .. it's just comes on time some times but . Food that u get .. u would have food poisoning for sure

Faasos the big Faltu app...the coupons which dey provide it won't get apply.and food tho galiz coming to qnty so less and dey charge in high. So I suggest swiggy is the best app when compared to faasos app

Pathetic, even after so many reviews... No delivery in Old Vadaj region of Ahmedabad, though they write ahmedabad....

Its an excellwg app for emergency breakfast or any food because my wife was not well thats when i ordered the food it was amazing and tasty as well and the app is user friendly

They're just trying to make every one fool not a single place in Jaipur is there, where they're providing there service for the users....Worst app....feeling frustrated

The worst app I am order food online first time from app bt it doesn't work even don't accepting a single coupan I don't have a words never go for it.

Faasosi is a superb online booking food app and a good awesome taste food loving it. faasos thank u u all really u all are wonderfull guyz

I had Ordered a pizza but the taste of pizza was horrible,worst.the size of pizza is small and cost of pizza was 500 rs.in this rate KFC or McDonald gives 2 bigger size of pizza and taste of pizza does also good,very bad experience.

Stop sending so many notifications guys.... It's too much. And your app doesn't even have an option to disable those notifications,

Very happy with the food and the delivery response, but i have a question do they use same utensils to prepare veg and Non veg dish? Because our family doesn't eat or use utensils used for cooking non veg on certain days would be helpful if you could clarify so that we could order more often thanks

The app has grown considerably since my last review and remains my number one source of quality Non-vegetarian food. Hats off to the FAASOS Team.

I would like to tell how faasos customer care is. First they don't help customers. Yes they don't even bother. I made an order and even after that order was not delivered I tweeted for help from faasos and what they did was out of my expectation. I bet you that you won't survive the market for a longer period because of such things. Your customer support sucks.

Wish you serve me at multiple locations have to go to my friends place to order hope will be available all over Mumbai soon

Did not get what ordered. Ordered Paneer makhani roti combo and got rice. Its been 15 min since I complained the person said they will call and no response after that.

fuckest service ever. Discount doesn't work as commited. Being a elite customer if I m facing to many issue than what about other customer. last order that I placed with faasos today. Not gonna place any order further...I already mailed as well.

I tired more than 3 different locations near my address, all of them refused to deliver although it was in the delivery area

I do like your food. My only concern is that since I'm a vegetarian whether the veg and the non veg food is prepared in different utensils?

Wher is own special meal non-veg.. why do you all remove the things which are good.

Worst app- not working properly Worst service- not delivered within time ordered food @ 12 am and they called mi @1.15 am. Just hate this app.

Faasos credits are just pathetic with so much rules and restrictions on using them.

I haven't been able to order off the app. The date is always one day behind. For example, on the 24 the app marks 23rd as "today" and the next option is the 25th

Food quality is not much good and delivery is worst. It took more than two hours to deliver my order.

Fed up with their servicd and this app, i can't understand that why does it take just hours and hours to update.

Price it's too high for the quantity. It's not worthy of this price.
