Ladies' Waist Workout FREE for Android
It's great but I wish it had audio too so I don't have to look at it all the time! Or at least a "biip" or three "biip"s before the end and beginning of an exersise.
I use this app often, combining with other exercises, as a part of my work out at a gym. I make three sets in a row, it takes ten min, fast, well-illustrated by vidro, effective. Some exercises are on one side only, but I then make same exercise on the other side ad well. I've chosen which exercises I like the most, and the truth is if you make it keeping muscles tight and focusing, it will really tighten your waist, back and abs. I like that the this workout focuses on several muscles (back, sides).
It keeps on loading and processing. Not moving ahead. What the hell. Before creating any app plz go through the basic technicalities first
Just downloaded and tried. Love it with one exception, hence the 4 star rating. Like other reviewers, I don't know why some of the exercises only do one side and not the other. You have to work both sides equally. Fix this and you will get 5 stars.
I've downloaded a couple different short exercise routines besides this one. I'm try them every day for a month and see where I get.
Only 4 sets of exercises. The app for some reason stops all other sounds when I open it. When I click "More" it only says "something something processing" and I am never able to open the "More" menu. Has things to be worked on still.

Specially for me working mom and don't have time to work out on gym.
I strongly recommend this app, the results are almost immediate. Within a week you have a great body♥

I like it but with every ap they show you one leg then the next workout is something new. It doesn't show the other leg or arm. I have to go to the free style and repeat for the other side. OH!! And working out for 3 minutes does not burn over 300 calories. Haha.
Very good app. But It doesn't notify me for workout. Earlier it remind me but not now from 1 month. Please check whats the problem.
It was really good but nowadays the video does not play at all. otherwise 5 star. plz do something to fix it.

This app is very helpful including the other apps related to this app. It doesn't need to connect to internet for me to be able to use it that's why I download all the apps related to this. Thanks a lot

When I first downloaded this app it worked great! Now it won't load the exercises or It freezes. Please please fix!!!

I think this is a pretty good app for free. The calorie counter is way off on this and the other free versions. Please fix this or just remove it. There is no way I burned 580 calories in 10 mins. I would also like for the exercises to do both left and right sides during the workout.

I've just started using this ap. I find exercises to do and follow. Its good that it's broken down in sets and with a choice of how long you can do each set so I can do a little bit every day. I'm on day 5 now and have noticed my waist is starting to get more of a shape.
I did these workout's along with the leg one's & watched my diet. I seen good results in two weeks.
I really hope it will work m so desperate and disappointed ;( gave five * coz it works offline...

Easy to follow, effective snd fun
I've seen complaints about how you burn more calories here rather than on a jog and how it only and of works. Do the research. Its just the use of different systems and different types of exercising. I love this app and its just the little ideas I need so I can stay in shape. Great app!!
My fitness level is zero... downloaded this app, and at the short starting points they give it's easy and manageable.... first time I found something I can actually stick to. The little lady guide you all the way, so easy to do. The added bonus is the reminder function, so no excuses... Absolutely fantastic.
Not bad actually . Did set one. Will. Follow it one week. Then follow the next sets. I took my measurements and will follow one Wth. See where it takes me.
My s4 can't load the exercise but this app runs perfectly in my sister's s3. Please fix this problem!!
The exercises are really good but theres a wrong calculation for calorie burn afterall burning so much calories is not an easy job... please fix it so it shows actual calorie burnt... :)
