Does its job well. Needs multiple programs to interact properly with my device (I was able to use only 2 programs because I did without the features of the third). I needed individual apps password protected. Again, it worked, but I didn't pay for premium and done if the ads that automatically pop up as I try and enter apps, have automatic audio associated with them! I cannot have that! My phone is on silent and singing to me! Uninstalling.

I would've rated 4 - 5 stars but upon deleting it always takes you back in the main folder having to re-select the sub folder and scroll through all the files again. After done viewing the image/video etc it also takes you back at the top of the "page" having to scroll through down if you need to see anything else.

Well designed. Well worth five stars. Extremely easy to use. Does exactly as it states. I like the safe icon. Finger pattern password is really a plus. People should not give a lower rating concerning what they wish the app should have, rather rate 5 stars followed by a suggestion. Developer responds to each rating & comments which speaks volumes. It shows they care about their service. I wish people would change their ratings when issues are resolved. Thank you very much.

One of the best ones out there. I have tried a bunch of others, but my boys were always able to get around them. With app lock they can't because of all the features app lock offers. I have recommended to friends and family who has thanked me for it. I would recommend it to anyone with kids or any who just wants to keep people out.

Great app that is really useful! But I'm having some problems with it lately. Specifically, "Location Lock" does work in the sense that my apps stay open when connected to the wifi at home. But once I leave, it doesn't automatically lock the apps that I set the 'away' profile with. I have to manually go to the profile and select it. Really wish this could fixed. :)

It works, very useful app. I have chosen "Basic"-mode, its free-of-ADs(advertisements). Thanks. And also thnx 4 ur respons, found Accnt Center > chosen "Basic" mode (No ADs, No Premium Feats), & deleted "domobile" folder. I hav changed review rating now. Btw, ADs can b updated & pre-included in2 app (via Ggl-AppUpd), so it does not hav to connect w/ any External Internet Servers to pull ADs, etc. Basic-mode v2.22.1 Still Connectin with (google port80) Extrnl Srvrs! :(

It's a great app, just gives you that extra security.. A problem with this app however is that it activates too often! I'll unlock an app, for example, and then I click back but the app is still open in the foreground and it asks me again! That's probably a bug if anything but it would be nice if I only had to enter the password per app launch the once.

Recently-- I haven't seen anyone with my problem-- I have been having an annoying issue. For the first few months, this app have worked amazingly. But now when I open an app that is supposed to be locked, it isn't. I would have to go on AppLock(the only one that would be locked) and exit out, THEN my apps are locked. I need help, this was a similar problem in another applock, and that was when I switched to this one, I can't find anymore.

Great application but need some improvement also it need some preputial things like having audio locker and a kinda of antivirus so it can be a most liked and all in one application.. but despite of that i would recommend this app to everyone who want privacy in their phone..

When I try to un vault ,Getting error msg as "Your SD card is full. Back to Vault now..?" I think I lost all my pics using this app.. important data moved to vault but now can't get back to sd card. When I have enough space in my internal and external memory I have this issue. Not only me. So many people facing this problem.

The App is great plus if it's ever removed if stollen you lose the picks that are in the vault. If not stolen you just re-download it n the picks that u had in it come right back, so long as its the same phone. Perfect for keeping my kids from seeing the dirty picks I take with my girl and from anyone one who might steal my phone. Just saying.

Hello, I was using applock app to lock the applications as well as photo volt functio. But after some days photo get erased/deleted from photo volte. That shows that your application need strong improvement to hide photos for lifetime not for temperory. Please update your applock applications and make sure that photo hidden in photo volte wont be deleted. Otherwise we had other options also Resolve the problem as early as possible

I've found an easy way to hack this. Whenever someone opens the app and it prompts the unlock pattern, simply press the recents key and use it in split window mode. Then drag it down to the normal size and the lock screen no longer is present. I recommend someone to look into this bug and fix it.

I m using this app within 5 years but when going to Unlock any image or video its remain error "your SD card is full. back to Vault now ?" But my SD card have been 4Gb free space. My all pics & videos are locked :-( :-( plz unlocked my pics & videos . i cant buy yr monthly or yearly Vault so plz unlocked my deta

I keep my journal in Google Drive and always hated that there is no way to put any security on it unless I completely sign out of Google. I keep my phone mostly unlocked but just wanted security on that one app. This phone is perfect for my needs. I also like being able to hide media from the gallery. A good app all around.

THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED! There is a serious flaw. And I'm not sure because that comes with Android OS, thus making developer unable to overcome it. But when you go to app manager and clear all app cache and data, all the security features offered by this app is breached. However you can lock the setting button itself to avoid this, but then which kinda makes it compulsory to lock your setting icon, not just your apps. So developer can make an announcement within app to address all users to lock their setting menu first otherwise it defeats the purpose of whole security features.

I am using one plus3, and trying to figure out how the fingerprint unlock works. The applock app opens using my registered fingerprints but when unlocking other apps it doesn't recognize a fingerprint scan. Any idea why ? The tweak you suggested worked, but app lock is now irritating as ever. Every keyboard switch pops up the app lock screen. And not just keyboard, they pop up at different places as well. Do fix it asap. Highly irritating.

I like the app. But the only complaint is that, once we tap on a locked app, it shows a brief preview of the app content before actually locking it. Please fix it so that after tapping on an app, it directly show the lock screen without showing any app content even for a brief period.

Hi, help me please... i am probably disappointed with this app... i installed this app last year just a couple of month... then i started to lock and hide all of my photos and videos of me and my partner...

Photo, which I'm trying to hide. Then I saw it again, is already present in the gallery. Moreover I wish to do it again then double copies created in vault. So there is data redundancy and hickups.. please ameliorate it. For betterment.

Bugs, a little, but still a great app. That is what I thought before. Now I think It is a horrible app because it says: This will only decrease power usage and It will not read your personal files. And when you want to put it on It tells you that It can read everything you write except passwords, but it can read credit card numbers?!?!? It makes no sence at all. So now I hate it!

It's a gud app fr keeping sum private pics n videos n maintaining d secrecy... it allows to keep ur pics as theme.. also it can lock d incoming calls or any other app... It cud b better in d sense dat it provides sum free themes wid d app..

Good app but is infested with full screen ads, include videos with blaring volume. Very embarrassing when using discreetly. Inappropriate content included. Disgusting that app info doesn't warn this upfront that we will shame you. OK to show ads but don't show videos in it such that we have scramble to find volume button. Till then only 1 star.

The loud, inappropriate and source unidentifiable full screen ads are a reason to abandon this app. Supposedly there is a limited version that has no ads but it's unclear how to switch to that. Ready to move on.

In the recent update there's some bug where the fingerprint sensor doesn't work when you want to open other apps but works when you wanna open the App Lock application. If they fix that I'll change it to 5 stars

Why did i i have photos and videos saved in your app and i just wake up and i can't find it huh? They were some very important pics and videos to me, memories that can never be restored now thanks to your app

The latest update deleted all my previous data. It's betrayal. The App which is meant do just one thing, i.e. protect/secure the data is the one which lost all of it. Now I'm scared if I try to uninstall, it might delete the rest of my remaining data.

It's wonderful.. but it has 1 draw back.. that is... there should be a hidden link present in the gallery it self... and from their only... we could get an access to the vault... the security is v. Good.. just if the makers make these changes in the app.. it will be worth 5*.. thanq

Dear App Lock Team, I update my app lock and my all private images and videos are deleted please resolve my problem its so important for me .. Please app lock team resolve my problem as soon as possible.

When I updated moto G4Plus to Naugut, The cool down feature of applock is not working. It is showing a dialogue box as "If you force stop an app it may function incorrectly". And then automatically exit the dialogue box. Y.

If someone opens a locked app, all he has to do to get through the lock is open the task manager and end the "AppLock" app. Then he gets easy access to the app without even trying to enter anything into the password the user put. Please fix this bug otherwise the whole point of Applock is useless.

I change my rate from 5 to 2 coz everytime i install applock the next app that i will install always say screen oberlay detected and i cant use that app unless i uninstall applock.. please work this up and i will bring the rate to 5

Great app but I want to delete it to free up some space on my phone. But when I press the deactivate button it asks me to deactivate the app before deleting it because the app is a device administrator. So basically I'm stuck with the app eating up my phone space. Please get back about this glitch....

I locked my gallery images WhatsApp Facebook by password but some time when i open these features that's all open with out any password why?it happens again and again how i can get security by using this i hope you under stand my English is not good ..plz tell me it has time limit or what why its not work all time

Okay so I installed this app and it is really really good. but by mistake it got uninstalled and now when I want to deactivate my lock its not happening...when I open this in play store it gives me one option which is 'deactivate...and when I click on it gives me note! Its really disturbing please do something about it

(Update) At time the app completely stops working as if it is never installed. I mean the apps don't ask for lock. But when I restart it starts working. Please fix I'll change the review. I can't see any such option. Using Jeally bean 4.4 I guess.

Found a flaw during stress test. If any app is opened during unlock mode and you don't close it and let it cross over to the time of lock mode, it will still run until user accidentally close it. Hope new update is able to stop the running app upon lock timing activation.

Ben chod worst app hai Kabhi bhi install kr ke magic se applock hide mat krna vat lag jayegi..... Don't ever install this app you will regret

Sir, please help me out from a situation... I have locked my some important photos in app lock but now m not getting that app.. It's not showing in my phone but it's there that I know... Perhaps it is hidden from the app itself... In play store, therez showing uninstall option only.. Not the open option.... Sir, Please share the solution asap

It works as it supposed to but it drains your battery really fast, even when you enable the saving energy mode. Another thing is that when on a lock app, let's say that you Finnished commenting something, it ask to unlock the app again.
