It's good and fast but no order tracking. And after the order is placed u cannot check ur order history orbeven status. Disappears and u can't go back to it.

This application took a lot of time in the past, but now it's finally making good time. Perhaps you should add room for the cashier to rate customers on whether they are rude or cancel their order too late, or just simply are old fashioned fraudulent, then they wouldn't have to call every time someone makes a net order. Just a thought....

تطبيق فاشل إلى أقصى درجة وكاذب يعطي تنبيه أن الطلب جاهز للاستلام ثم أذهب للفرع يقول عندي طلبية كبيرة وسيأخذ وقتا ... سيتم حذفه لعدم فائدته.

أسوأ خدمة على الاطلاق! طلبت الطلب من التطبيق و اخذت رقم الطلب و انتظرت لمدة تزيد على الاربع ساعات و لم يأتي الطلب و اتصلت بخدمة العملاء ثلاث مرات و في كل مرة نفس الاجابة بأنهم سيتحققون من سبب المشكلة و يتواصلون معي و لكن لم يتواصل معي اي احد حتى الآن... Very bad service! I ordered and got the order number then waited for the delivery more than 4 hours and he didnt come. I called the customer service 3 times and every time same answer "will check and get back to you" and they never get back!

The app is great for carryouts, i personally haven't used takeaway but i have never ran into problems with my usage, fantastic app with clean and simple design which gets work done nicely.
