Dolphin Jetpack - Fast & Flash

Dolphin Jetpack Option, Disappeared from the Settings of the Browser after upgraded my device (Sony Xperia Z5) to Android 7.0

Was really irritated that this suddenly had a forced app install, but the dev quickly corrected it and posted instructions on the dolphin page to fix it - uninstall and reinstall. Five stars once again!

**Flash stopped working on Android 7** I believe people just code websites wrong, but too many websites try to force worse ads if they feel that you're on a mobile device. Not even the Custom User Agent corrects it.

With the latest update, the auto-zoom (for when links are too close to each other) started working again. However, the single-finger adjustable-zoom feature doesn't seem to work anymore. And touches aren't registered correctly, often opening links, that were not selected (sometimes these links aren't even on-screen). Also, it still freezes and crashes as before (bad memory management?).

I don't seem to be able to access flash any more, and Jetpack no longer appears as an option in Dolphin settings. Is it now integrated or am I doing something wrong?

Cannot use without it forcing an add on installing. Some comments says that it might have malware. Seems reasonable considering the browser dumps you at the install and blocks any other use.

Flash works fine with jetpack turned off but videos fail to work with it turned on. Makes dolphin the crappiest browser out there.

Dolphin and Jetpak worked fine until the Android 6.0.1 update. Now it constantly freezes up on Galaxy S7 Edge. Please come out with an update to fix this

Using Samsung galaxy tab s2 model 713 with marshmallow. Dolphin is horribly slow and often crashes with jet pack installed. Without jet pack, dolphin just another average browser

Used to work just fine. Since the update, it's no longer in my menu to toggle it on/off. So now I can't load any flash animations anymore. I'm on the S7 Edge.

This is faster and more reliable than anything ok nthe market. Add to that they are not spying on their clientele, nor hiding (FOR 10 {TEN} YEARS!!) Holding the patent for being able to watch you through your webcam or phone camera (whether phone is on OR OFF) and listen to you through microphone the same way, showing ACTUAL RESPECT for their clientele, including in search more, eschewing the Google search for "DUCKDUCKGO", also gives us access to news that is REALLY happening, not being controlled by NATO (thanks again Obama, or is it Sotoros-as the Fullbright Scholarship you used to attend school has your name, along with more things than can be counted in your birth country if KENYA), buried in a Defense Bill signed while the rest of the USA celebrated winter holidays) giving away 2 more of our Constitutional rights. Thank you Dolphin developers for a marvelous product!! Any chance a PC version is soon to follow?? (HINT HINT!!)

Good... Buts Needs Explanations of different versions, BADLY. Why is Jetpack separate? If it's so great, why not bundle it together with the Dolphin Browser? You need ONE main App. I understand the lite version but so many Dolphin apps is confusing people. THAT is why none of my friends will use your browser. Shame....it's, nice, & fast. I guess even faster with Jetpack IF you download it, enable it and.... ONE MAIN APP PLEASE with Jetpack on by default if your marketing is correct about speed gains.

Was good. Come Nougat update and it no longer works on my SGS 7. Was fine before update bar a few crashes and random moments where it shuts off. I primarily use it to watch anime as the video player is better than the standard one i.e. I like how I can adjust brightness by sliding up and down on the sides of the screen. Dolphin browser itself works fine but Jetpack does not seem to be registering. (It's option to be toggled is not in the menu). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Fix asap please.

It was working fine before last update. Just recently updated my phone to nougat and from then don't know what is the problem but I am not eble to see jetpack in dolphin setting and because of that not abel to open videos in th player. It is opening videos in browser it self. Help me out with this please.

Page loads/renders about 3/4 of the way then "hangs" and won't finish loading especially on Verizon's horrendous 3g signal. Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus running Android 6.0. After reading many reviews it seems like I'm not the only one with this issue.

2 days already I can even use search function... It shows some window that ask me to agree with some annoying thing from Google but you can't press button "next"... Total waste of time become this app...

Had to revert to version 7.3.0 and turn off auto-update. Maybe that version crashes occasionally but at least it works. Hope they are listening better than eBay, but no sign of it so far. Strangely, 7.3.1 works fine on my tablet. KitKat v Lollipop problem?

JETPACK NO LONGER WORKS! They know, yet have not rolled out a fix.... Help us here dev's. Lots of people love this app... Please fix! We have sent you, well I have sent you multiple crash reports

Dolphins website claims they've built this into dolphin browser unless you are running below android 4.3....not sure why they seem to have made me think I want it then.... so yeah, if you have kit Kat or higher, there's just a switch in dolphin options that does the same thing. Using jetpack either way, totally breaks dolphin for me.

Using jetpack seems to slow dolphin browser to the point that it becomes unable to load Web pages. That, and the fact that it crashes the browser less than a minute after launching the app. Hopefully you devs are able to work out whats wrong with jetpack.

Unfortunately, Android and Dolphin are not working well together anymore, starting from Android version 7.0. Jetpack is disabled and so are adblocking, word wrapping and so on - the reasons I sticked with it for last years. I'm VERY DISSAPOINTED, DEVELOPERS!! Othervise very good browser, but it forced me to look up for something else.

It's always had a quirk that made it shut off without warning, for no reason. I could be on any given website and the app would shut off. Open it back up and whatever tabs I had open before, would be closed. Most recently, it's stopped letting me download videos. Still plays Flash, but if I can't download, then idk if it's worth it to have it.

Dolphin crashes multiple times a day - is this linked to Jetpack? Tabs aren't restored with increasing frequency and Jetpack is automatically turned off. Do you still need to have Flash Player installed separately? I can't seem to get a straight answer on that.

After last update or two ago became extremely slow loading webpages. Open Chrome to compare and page loads quick. Annoying. Used to love this browser. Best browser interface.

Since 6.0.1 android release back in April 2016, nothing continuous freezing,, unresponsiveness, crashes. I've gone so far as to wipe out my S5 and reload the 6.0.1 fresh, didn't resolve anything

Ever since the past few Updates I've been getting annoyed with the browser. Crashes, browser freezes when unlocking the phone and switching between landscape and portrait. Uninstalled until these problems are fixed. I've been with Dolphin Browser for years ever since I've seen it on G4tv back in the day.

What is this 2017 label? Last update was March 2016! Breaks rendering on one of my favourite Web sites. But disabling it breaks the ad blocker. Dolphin have no interest in fixing it. So I now use a different browser.

Had to uninstall Dolphin browser and dolphin video as I couldn't get ANY videos to play AT ALL, EVER, on my dolphin browser! With THREE apps, one of them specifically FOR VIDEO, one would think I could at LEAST watch a YouTube video! NOPE!! I reported it months ago hoping for help but, no luck there either so, I'm left with no recourse but to uninstall and, no use to keep this one after uninstalling the other 2

Dolphin is nice but slowish. Jetpack makes everything better and has much better website loading and a GREAT videoplayer to watch ANY* video from the web. Well done :) still a slowish browser for general browsing tho.

Used to work without issue for me but now find that the text on some websites appears slightly blurred. Disabling Jetpack fixes the issue so will keep an eye out for any bug fixes. (Happy to provide some URLs if it helps with this)

its useful, but there is a problem when i reboot my phone and i star to use the browser, it looks stretch in any website that i explored, if you can fix this problem, i can give 5 star.

Causes Dolphin Browser to continuously crash. If I don't run it, Dolphin doesn't remember my details, makes using the browser a through and through pain in the proverbial. Utter tripe...

Latest update absolutely broke it. Now terribly laggy, won't load, won't scroll. Will have to go back to chrome now. :(

From this ***HORRIBLE*** update which tends to happen everytime they release a new update. They seemed to RUIN the Dolphin browser's functionality rather than improving it so I'm done using this VERY UNRELIABLE browser, I will be using CHROME from this point on. Wish I can rate a ZERO STAR with this GARBAGE BROWSER.

What I'm not understanding is why is there still dolphin when they now have JET PACK? Y COULDNT THEY JUST MAKE IT 1? can i delete DOLPHIN NOW? I've been using dolphin since 2000. I absolutely love them and think they should be the only system out there for internet with the use of Google. I have never used chrome at home what are any of my Androids. On my home computer I use Mozilla Firefox. The only reason for that is because I can't get dolphin on my computer. SORRY SO WORDY! BOTTOM LINE I LUV IT.

Did you wake up one day and decided it was time to completely ruin what was once my favorite browser? Why? It is utterly useless now. The list of problems that this last update brought is too big and I just can't be bothered by this browser anymore.

T-mobile galaxy note edge. Had to turn off jetpack to make the browser work again after getting the marshmallow update.

The newest update makes Dolphin run slow and causes it to stutter.
