Aníbal Fernández

Aníbal Domingo Fernández (Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 9 de enero de 1957) es un político, contador público y abogado argentino afiliado al Partido Justicialista. Recibido de contador público el 6 de marzo de 1982 en la Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora y de abogado el 19 de diciembre de 2001 en la misma institución. Desde el 26 de febrero de 2015 se desempeña como Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros de la Presidencia de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Con anterioridad había sido designado Secretario General de la Presidencia. Previamente se desempeñaba en el senador nacional por la provincia de Buenos Aires, cargo para el que fuera electo en las elecciones generales de octubre de ese año con 4.500.000 de votos. Anteriormente, desde el 8 de julio de 2009 hasta el 10 de diciembre de 2011 se desempeñó como Jefe de Gabinete del gobierno nacional de la República Argentina

Fernández ocupó los cargos de Secretario General de la Presidencia, Ministro de Interior, y Ministro de Justicia, Seguridad y Derechos Humanos entre 2002 y 2011, bajo las órdenes de 3 presidentes, Eduardo Duhalde, Néstor Kirchner y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. El 6 de noviembre de 2011 se convirtió en la persona que más tiempo permaneció en cargos de ese rango en la historia argentina.

El 16 de diciembre de 2014 se anunció que regresa a la Secretaría General de la Presidencia en reemplazo de Oscar Parrilli por su nombramiento al frente de la SIDE. El 26 de febrero de 2015 fue nombrado nuevamente Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros de la Nación. Fernandez held the positions of Secretary General of the Presidency, Minister of Interior and Minister of Justice, Security and Human Rights between 2002 and 2011, under the orders of three presidents, Eduardo Duhalde, Kirchner and Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. On November 6, 2011 he became the person who more time remained in positions that range in Argentina's history.

The December 16, 2014 it was announced that returns to the General Secretariat of the Presidency, replacing Oscar Parrilli on his appointment as head of the SIDE. The February 26, 2015 he was appointed Chief of Cabinet's Office again.
