Probably the worst purchase I've ever made. The lock paired easily but the app was never able to pair with lock again. Pushed the button on the lock and nothing. Closed and reopened app and nothing Than I deleted the lock to see if repairing would work and now it won't even pair anymore.

Does what it says. Sometimes the lock cannot find the phone though. Also, will like to have a setting to allow ppl to unlock only for specific time during the day e.g. Mornings

No NFC, please give us the option to choose the wake up time for the lock every 15-30mins 1-2 hrs etc

Your device cannot authenticate using fingerprint?? I'm using pixel xl and using fingerprint to unlock phone. App also needs date and time functionality which isn't hard to implement.

Notifications from shared users don't work. Activity log shows only activity from shared users and not the owner. App is of poor quality and the user experience is clunky. The padlock seems reliable however.

With the latest update the lock connects to my phone flawlessly. I suggest if you are having connection issues to go into your phone's bluetooth settings and unpair and pair the lock again as that seemed to work for me.

Works fine. You do have to maintain your lock and it requires a lot more attention than a conventional lock but to not have to carry keys its worth it to me

I like the lock works find and didn't get any connection problems, but one thing i don't get is why i can't use my fingerprint to unlock it? My OnePlus3T have a fingerprint reader but the app won't allow me to use the feature.

By the time you have unlocked your phone, started the app, awoken your lock, selected your lock, waited for it to connect, then clicked unlock, you may as well have just spun the dial. Maybe if there was a widget for the home screen or lock screen but as it stands this is too slow to be practical for me

It's ok. I use it at the gym and to lock my bike, but I'm having g issues updating the firmware. I get a "DFU File Error " help!

Lock worked twice before putting on locker, once put on says lock unlocks and screen turns green but lock doesnt work. Unreliable

It takes way to long to connect to the lock to unlock it, if it does at all, it's to unreliable. Sold both my locks and trying something else.

Add functionality to set how long the padlock stand by. For example I need to unlock my padlock from inside car every time I return home after work. So I need my padlock to stand by for 9 hours.

Add Tamper Alert if this is not a feature already for example it should send a alert or text to your phone

Great build quality. Technical support is fast. I am pleased with this product.

I purchased this lock from Bestbuy several months ago and it has never worked and able to connect to my phone. Support informed me that a new software upgrade will allow it to work. Now 6 or more months later and several software updates it still does not work. I wasted over $100 on a usless product which is brand new and unsupported on a Samsung note 5? Very frustrating and I feel ripped off. What a shame. Best buy should not sell products that dont work either.

The Padlock is secure and well built, but the app used to operate it comes with many flaws. It wouldn't work on my brother's HTC no matter how many times we tried. The Padlock is detected in his Bluetooth settings, but won't be recognized by the app. It's sad that such a solid gadget is backed up by a very buggy app.

When I'm trying to upload photo to change the profile picture, it's always force close. Please fix this, and i thought it will just Bluetooth but unfortunately you need to have internet connection to open it.

Great device

Works fine. Cool. On Nougat (Android 7.1) on the Pixel I had trouble doing a (non-critical) firmware upgrade, but could do it from on an older phone, so an app fix is needed.

Good. However gave me the infamous "Screen-Overlay Permissions" error. It even caused the "unfortunately System Stopped Working" error. So I had to uninstall a bunch of apps & also fix the LockSmart permissions in safe~mode to get things working, since of course the physical

Latest release has some useful features.

Great product. Would give it five stars if the application didn't fail every time it was opened. Always takes two tries.
