They need to make it easier to change the language--everything was in different language then me. Tried to look for nearby dogs, but they ALL said they were within 0miles (yea right). Overall the app sucked and I found it useless. Good idea, but totaly useless.

No English speakers, so not popular enough in North America to be accessible to more demographics. Could be a good app depending on your location but I uninstalled it as soon as I realized it would be useless in my area.
