App looks nice enough but I can't scroll the screen up. Using galaxy s6 edge plus and it won't allow me to scroll so I can't see half of the information. Waste of time downloading until it's fixed. Hurry up and update the app. It hast been updated in almost 2 years

Cannot even scroll when i am in the app, so I'm stuck seeing what's on the home screen. Horrible compatibility issues. What's more is the app has no actual info that's helpful - Its also showing my usage for everything to be 0% used. Get your s&$t together dodo.

Usles. Would be good if I recived bills so that I could pay them by the due date. Insted Dodo wait until the bill is due, then try to take it out of the bank. having no control over the account makes this app useless.

Doesn't work, can't scroll down, not mobile friendly, several page links go to the information. A replica of their customer service. I'm trying to see where I've spent all my plan, I guess I'll find out on Monday during a 4 hour phone inquiry to a Filipino lady.

this app has turned to a hopeless pile of 1's and 0's it is unusable i tried to contact customer support via the app and it crashes it also shows accounts that no longer exist and this is a new phone and app install

Tell them to wipe your debit card details off their files they can't take money when they want, they refuse.

Useless. Not only does it not work now I get script errors when I tried to re install it. What's worse is the designers and dodo don't seem to care or they would have at least responded to any feedback. Safe your time and don't install this app

Freezes and crashes all the time. You might get to see your balance if you are lucky. Dodo has failed to fix this app for months.

In this day and age, you release an app that doesn't even work? Pretty pathetic in my opinion. Don't you test software/apps before releasing them to the public? Makes me wonder what else you don't bother checking.

Installed, logged in and checked usage. Logged off wouldn't close the main screen. Started app 2nd time, crashed. De-installed. On Android 4.4.4. Installed again on the 5/2016, it seems more stable. Still won't allow to exit application. Why is that?

App regularly has trouble logging me into my account has a major problem with scrolling down. When it comes to data use being accurate, this app fails emensly and sends out data usage alerts that are out of date. In addition to this the app itself is simply a copy of the dodo mobile account website and isn't an actual app and doesn't even have any widgets. Overall if I wasn't locked into a contract with Dodo I would switch immediately as having to keep such a close eye on your data and not having consistent access to your account isn't what I signed up for.

What is this, if you're going to put an app on playstore at least make it work, this is just lazy dodo, take it down as it doesn't work. Easier to just use my browser on my phone, at least I know that works.

Played so far for 3 months out of a 2 year contract. No internet yet. Nice one dodo. Are you just ripping me off.

This app constantly crashes and won't let me pay my bill. I expected better from a telecommunication company

Can't really say any more. Just get error messages every time I try and use it.

I've had the app for about a year. It still has bugs that need fixing. I can't pay my fetch tv early on it, and whenever I tried, it crashed. They have removed that option now. Whenever I pay extra for my power than my weekly installments, they reduce my next installment. So much for getting ahead. But i suspect that's more a dodo issue, in general, than an app issue. Today I have been trying to get on to the app ALL DAY to pay my bills.... and it keeps telling me that there is an exception, annoying. ....

Not sure why they launched an app uncompleted and thats quite useless. Dodo is competitve with pricing but i feel like everything else they do, they suck.

Good idea but terrible execution. The app is broken, they shouldn't have released it. I can't see any of the features because it doesn't scroll. Even basic things like logging in were an issue - the keyboard opening popped up in front of the text field and you can't scroll to fix it

Use your computer. This app is unusable. Can't scroll down, can't change settings. Nothing positive, and the picture of the happy dodo will make you even more infuriated.

It's not working anymore, I keep getting a long script error preventing it from opening. It was ok before. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and still got the script error

I would not recomend this app. I just downloaded on my samsung edge I can't even open it I get a white screen then redirected to playstore????????? I can't really rate something I've not opened or it would be a false rating in a a world that is more fake than ever. uninstalling as soon as I hit submit. Didn't even keep it installed for 15mins just took up space and invaded privacy

Logged in for the first time today, i only use dodo for electricity. Cannot see any usage details when i go into the usage tab. Can see the numvers for my meters and have even hit the download data button. Nothing seemed to work there

Read all the other users reviews (about the applications) and see that time passes, yet dodo do nothing! You can enjoy Dodo's frustrating issues anywhere with the Dodo applications, designed to make life harder and infuriating. *nothing is fixed and you have to scroll through your account info for what seams like forever until your hand is sore, if you make a mistake or it crashes, you have to start again! Fix this and I won't notice but new users will benefit.

Good app for my mobile account. I would rather use this than speaking to customer service. Most of them are Philippino, and I have trouble communicating with them.

Went into new app and doesn't have recognise new password that dodo gave me 2days ago how can you access anything. NOT HAPPY JAN.

Could be much better with a few changes. ADSL usage should be made clearer by having options on the measure, as I assume it's currently shown in Kb rather than Mb or Gb. Infinite Rewards should be a direct secure portal link to actually allow for purchases of voucher goods, instead of having to log in seperately to the rewards website.

I just installed this app and asks me to sign in which I can't even do that as keeps telling me my password is wrong. Doesn't let me even set one up

I can't scroll down the page same with the mobile web site I use stock firmware and use chrome browser other than that looks realy clean and convenient and I have never ..in my 10 years had a major issue with Dodo ... good isp and one of the cheapest adsl2+ unlimited data plans

Really really needs a lot of work. Like how much credit the account is in at the time of inquiry. Be able to request login details and option to be able to cancel installment payments. This is 100% needed. I will look back in a month as for now its been uninstalled!!!! Very unhappy
