I'm unable to use the app as the phone verification is incomplete due to OTP issue it says it sent successfully but I'm not receiving​ any. Tried 10 times still the issue persists

I have 1st time logged in,also I applied coupan but didn't got 300....it says 0 credit balance

Referrals doesnt work, seriously wastage app. The prices are fake .

I cancelled one of my bookings on 14th still I haven't received my payment. Everytime I call they ask to wait for next 7 days.Too bad service. Will never make any booking from your app.

They cancel appointments citing rubbish reasons. Not recommended.

Good concept where you can search salon also with wallet & cash back option in salon , i use this app many time for my appointments and deals response is too good compare to any other app , also new update is also good , where you can use 50% of Ziffi money,

Customer service is horrible and bloody liars...I took one salon service for which I had to get cash back...I took service but I didn't get cash back...I had called helpline for d issue n they assured so confidently that they will take care but its been more than one month still no actions have taken place
