There is no option to search stories available on Facebook page of Doc plexus. Uninstalled the app as anyway no choice but to use laptop to read those stories

Whenever I try to create account with my registration number, it says user already exists. When I try to login with my email id and password, it says login failed. When I click on forgot password, it says reset failed, try again. I am not able to create account. Kindly do something.
