Best app

I am an appraiser, and find this app so helpful when on the road in my very rural area. I can find comps, snap their pictures and don't have to back track.

Information is more up to date than the other sites. Easy to find what you are looking for.

This app has more/different listings than zillow and trulia. So, definitely worth having!

Quick & easy to use.

Works great and up to date

The data on Zillow and Trulia are ALWAYS old and out of date, and they don't have the latest MLS listings. This is the real deal.

Decent app. Would be better if I could afford more of the listings!

Zillow's is more user-friendly and offers clear mapping of local schools and their ratings. Also, when sorting through search results, this app isn't meant to let you play with the filters, other than by using the "sort by" function. Lastly, when you star a property on the list, the list resets your "sort by" selection and returns you to the first page of your search results.

So much info unlike other apps.

But needs improving. Zillow is much quicker and easier to use for searching. I do love the detailed info you get from the MLS app. Would love to see the ability to get into property disclosures.

The app is functional with good pictures and features, but could be a little more user friendly, especially for non-mobile devices

Easy to use, lots of filters and options, found our perfect forever home!

When I first used this app, all features worked & I loved it. I could view showing instructions on my phone or tablet, allowing me to answer my customers quickly. Several features no longer work - on my phone or tablet. Nothing comes up on Near Me, I can't change the status when searching, & most important, the showing instructions don't appear. I have tried uninstall/reinstall- that worked once, but the features quickly disappeared again. I have since tried several more times to no avail.

Simple and easy to use interface. very accurate. highly recommend the app.

My listing won't pop up when I'm in the driveway and select near me but when I type in the address and search... Pops right up as active. I have changed the settings and tried everything but I am convinced, the near me feature doesn't work properly all the time which is no good

It is easy to use and is with me anywhere I go right there in the palm of my hands.

Sends broken links when sharing expired listing. No cross property search. User search only gives email address. No choice but to use it no more fusion for iPad?!?!?

Great layout of map with price pin points and a great mini info screen when clicked on price. Well thought out.
