There are some bugs that show up as when searching residential properties it also includes rentals. I wish we can search by street name or mls#

Zero support, developers do not respond nor care nor update. The app times out within minutes! It will not stay logged in so if you look away for even a minute it will time out and you have to manually type your password all over again. For over 12 months I've been asking the developers to stop it from timing out after only a few minutes but no response. I wish there was an alternative!! I have to use team viewer to connect to my office desktop and search on the mls to avoid constantly retyping my password

Can you guys make conditionally solds orange, solds red, expireds purple and cancelled blue? Just have these different statuses, different colours.

Works well, has a decent set of filters. Pretty quick. All in all, a good app to have with you. It makes my phone heat up quite a bit though.

How do you use this if you're not an agent? Description says it's for " future home buyers" too, but there's no way to bypass the agent login screen.

Developers really need to get on the ball with this. When I try to search by specific address nothing pops up and it constantly times out and I don't know that. So I have to remember to manually log in otherwise it shows no results.

I tried to run the program and it asks me for my agent name and password. It says agents have more options implying that non-agents have access too. It never said anything in the description that it was for agents only. Total waste of time.

Clean design, very fast, has most of the info you need. Still sometimes a little buggy, if fixed, then 5 stars.

For real estate professionals it's the way to go... I only hope that since the launch of Matrix, this app will include a new tab under Searches for auto emails that way I can quickly check on the properties my clients are looking at
