Search features are good, but it does an extremely poor job on calculating the property taxes. If you take the property taxes listed on the MLS and divide that by 12, you'll find the calculations can be as much as $200 a month off. That's a deal breaker. We wasted a lot of time looking at houses that we thought we'd be comfortable with the payments.

I like the app but it could be more user friendly. It should sync better with your account and make it easy to access the same options as the browser version. Still good for quick lookups when you don't have a computer handy.
