Brought to you by Triad MLS, Inc., this app was designed to be used by real estate professionals as well as home buyers and sellers in North Carolina. We primarily serve the 11 county Piedmont Triad region including Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin Counties.

Overall it is a quick easy way to check on homes while away from my laptop, the search features just aren't quite up to par when compared to the Matrix version online

Very useful and accurate app. I would rate 5* if there was better advanced search ESPECIALLY search closed sales by neighborhood.

The thing that makes this app so hard to use is that it only shows you 50 houses per search. It makes the app almost useless. For instance if I wanted to see all the foreclosed homes in a particular county I can't do it in one search. It will say showing 50 homes of 92 so I know there a 42 houses I'm not seeing. I then have to keep filtering the search by a maximum price (even though I want to see everything) until I have less than 50 homes. This wastes a ton of time.

Works well and easy to navigate.

This app is horrible. Doesn't send your realtor any favorites added via the app, only the desktop version and now it won't show me the actual property listings and keeps logging me out. Fix it!!!!
