GoTREND by TREND MLS

I've been using this app for a while now and it's been getting more useful and refined over time. I appreciate the fact that they're constantly updating it to make it a more useful tool

Like it, but frustrating it is not connected to our realtor's Trend website and MLS home links that are NOT smart phone friendly.

I like the layout of the way the properties show up

Mobile app is great on the go. But Laptop is the way to go just like any app.

This app is so easy to operate.

It is a great tool to use on your mobile phone. However app has limitations and a few compilations, specifically regarding the search tool. Most bothersome is that it doesn't allow you to correct or add on to the address when searching.

One the worst performing apps. I would recommend any realtor to use the regular trend website. You can not cut any past into search field. Still not Android friendly and crashes often. The search ares is designed very poorly and it can not seach for addresses or Mls.

Love this app. It is extremely convenient on my busiest days!

Why am I not allowed to filter the results by house age? The information is available, and the filter has 100s of other choices, but not this key item. This filter is not on the website as well.

Needs street view and a way to sort for open houses.

Easy to use on the go!

Not many options and you don't have any access to your information saved on your computer. Hopefully you bring the cross unit access. One of the worst apps across the board. Very slow and client information not accessible and no auto search setup. Many crashes on Chrome.

I hate relying on this app because it's so slow. Results sometimes never show and login authentication takes forever and usually just fails. We deserve a better mobile app.

If your a Profesional on the road its a life saver.

Doesn't work when I needed to work. It could have something to do with network connectivity but it doesn't send you any kind of message to tell you why you can't work

Very informative app. Has different, more helpful information than some other realty apps.

Could be more useful and user friendly... I hope there are plans to revamp this entire app to make it a useful tool. It is ok if you are out in the field and know specifically where or what you are searching for... Then it takes it time giving you results. Can't share PND listings..

You can find quickly the property of choice with your criteria.

I suppose this is helpful if your on the road with a buyer or at a sellers property since the map is the only way to change the search area (not helpful if your looking for something several towns away from your current location). I also wish contacts and saved searches would sync from the full desktop site (better yet all my account info). Oh and search by MLS # would be helpful too. Rome wasn't built in a day I suppose.

This has assisted me to show homes that were not on our list. Very helpful. Not full site use like from PC but quick and easy.

Wish it was linked to main site.
