Awesome app

Realtor 16 years in SD. Worst app ever! Every single time you exit you must go through a re-verification and update branding, really?! Time is wasted waiting and waiting for load time and crashes 60: of the time after that sluggish wait. Just awful app period. What are we Realtors paying for??

It's an OK app. It crashes a lot. I'm surprise Sandicor hasn't addressed the issues. Needs to be more user friendly.

It's ok but you can't connect to CAR Zipforms and that would be ideal to be able to write offers on your tablet when traveling or on the road.

There are things I would change. I would like to see the search functionality more akin to it's desktop counterpart primarily. Pretty decent tool for when you're not by a pc though.

Slow, not intuitive at all. So unlike desktop version, it's like starting all over

I use this app anytime I'm on the road and as long as there is a connection, it works beautifully.

Not very user friendly. Can be frustrating at times. But it is the only mobile Sandicor app. us Realtors have. The seach bar needs improvement.

Good reliable source. Not very advanced, but very accurate.

Clunky and does not show all properties

I've had this so for about a month and it doesn't really work. Tried searching with valid MLS #'s and it doesn't bring up the listing.... Also when I use other searches it says no listings, but I know there are because I've accessed them thru my desktop. Not very reliable.

It's okay for a quick reference but the pictures don't load. I keep getting kicked out and need to start my search over. Needs fixing.

Very good Field app. OK backup anytime search App. Great for the field to get Info on properties not on your tour but your clients have questions on.

I can't really complain, it's free and I can quickly look on the mls from my phone which is the only thing I never leave the house with out. Which means the mls is always at my finger tips (as long as I have service and or WiFi)

It works without any real problems one our two phones Galaxy Note, Galaxy S3 and on our Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, there are some annoying things but as a helper in the field it's ok.

I have to try and open the app an average of three times every time I want to use it because it crashes the first two. Searches don't work. I have had old listings show up when searching an address, and no listings show up when searching an MLS #, because the app is not updated to current listings. You have to be a mind reader to know what options to put in the search box fields to get it to return the property you are looking for.

Unless I'm missing something, it appears that Sold listings show asking price but not actual sold price. It's unclear what the "agent key" is and how to obtain one

Works fairly well with my Asus TFT700 tablet. Doesn't allow portrait view which makes using keyboard impossible???? That should be an easy fix. Keep working at it Sandicor

Great application, I love it!

The search function is much improved. Thank you. The login, which used to give me trouble, has been workng well. Again, thank you. But I still have an issue with the timeliness of data. New activity -- say, a new listing, should appear immediately, but it doesn't. This app should be in sync with Tempo, but it lags far behind.

Took about 5 minutes to download to my phone, easy to use and having no problems. Like it better. I have an android and love the quickness in getting on the site.
