Lyric Pad.

Very cool app for keeping lyrics linked to your mp3's. Learning curve is a bit long and can be frustrating. Basically, app is a stripped down version a karaoke player that will only play mp3s and you provide the lyrics through a linked text file

I have been using this app on stage for a couple of year , it s great . I can organize my set list . Search for new songs with chords love it . I can set the scroll to my crazy timing . Great job .

Could you pls. Allow the user to zoom in and out pls. To the lyrics or chords. Thank you

Just used this app. Saturday night. And loved it.

The programming is greatly improved on the lyric search. If you are a musician this is a must own. If there were one improvement I could make it would be syncing with pageflip foot pedals. There really needs to be a way to go to the previous folder using a foot pedal. If you create a set list there's a work around but it's a bit of a hassle. That said this is definitely worth the purchase.

it doesn't have a beautiful UI to look at, but it does everything you need it to do. I researched several lyric display options, and this was the only real choice. It can be configured to work as you need it to work, and the developer is available to answer questions via social media. Works with Bluetooth page turner pedals too.

I don't use the search features anymore as I find every single lyric file out there to need some tweaking and formatting. But for displaying and organizing, this is a really great app. Some of the best features include the font control, size and color based on characters or chords, and the footpad compatibility which has worked flawlessly for me. It also organizes quite easily. The only real downside for me is I would like to see some sort of [backup] button. After all the effort to make lyric sheets and set lists, preferences, etc...it would be nice if I had some way to easily backup all these things in case of loss/damage of the tablet. Otherwise, easily a 4 to 4.5 star app!

This app is the absolute business for any vocalist. No more clunky lyric book or guessing. Easy to use and an absolute must! I fully recommend this app, without hesitation. Any problems you have, the Facebook page is your saviour and now they've added the Lyric Search add on for extra search ease. Go for it!

This is a great app, especially if you use it with Lyric Search. The user interface could be nicer and more logical (esp with how the back key works) but after you get used to it, the thing works great. I use it with dropbox and dropsync to make sure my music is accessible from anywhere.

I used to really love this app until they changed it. There is no way of searching for chords unless you have a paid Microsoft account which requires a paid subscription every month to Microsoft. I can no longer use this. Pathetic

This app works great . Have been using it for years now on a $69 Jellybean 10" tablet from Office Depot. I always carry an analog backup (binder) just in case but it hasn't been needed yet. Love the new search function. Nice job Dan. This app is worth many times the purchase price. Developer support is excellent. Buy it !

I recently had some questions about the app, so I sent a Facebook message with my question. Within 10 minutes I received a response from the creator and asked my question. Not only did I get the answer, I was walked through the process. I am shocked by the quality of customer service and the willingness to help. Best ever. Easy to use. It will be good if we can sync to other devices. After all my hardwork loading all the songs and organising it, my biggest fear will be losing my tablet.

I'm a guitar teacher and performer. I've been using Lyric Pad for over 2 years. It is a wonderful tool, which I use both professionally, at home and jams. So nice not to have to lug 3 - ring binders around! The developer has been consistently introducing updates to the app and has improved the Lyric Search component.

Lyric Pad is simply the only tool you need as a performer beyond your musical instrument. I'm a drummer and I manage our band. LP allows me to keep everyone's music current, write notes I can see while I play, listen to the music associated with the lyric or chord file, find lyrics and music quickly and easily and much, much more. Support is also top notch as the developer will answer any question on the Facebook page or the L.P. forum. It's worth the couple bucks and you'll wonder how you managed without it.

This is a handy little app for gigs and sure beats carrying multiple binders. Also looks much more professional on stage. Search function is really handy.

This app is the best of it's type. "BRILLIANT" I've had it for a couple of years now And I just can't do without it. Anyone New to it will be up and running in no time.

90% of the time spent on my tablet is spent running Lyric Pad. It's just the best. The search utility is awesome.

I love Lyric Pad- except for ONE thing: Why can't I just swipe on my screen to the next song in my set list?? I know Lyric Pad is set up for a Bluetooth device to change the page, but I want to swipe my screen to the next song!! What's up with that, LP? Am I missing something? I mean, OTHER apps allow this feature....do ya think we could get that going, LP? Give me SWIPE features, please! Otherwise: Lyric Pad is SUPERIOR!

If you are in a band and need to keep lyrics accessible and organized for either practice or a gig this is the only app you'll need. This app is so good that it is the only reason I stuck to the android system when buying a new tablet. As a front man for a cover band I load it up put it on a stand holder and let it do its thing. Just the perfect lyric reader and storer.

This is HANDS DOWN the ***BEST*** Lyric+Chord app for android on the market. 100% user-customizable, I use it on an 11.6" inch tablet attached to my mic stand and it's perfect. I've tried every other similar app but Lyric Pad is a GREEN LIGHT in all directions, I am 100% happy with it & I use it to perform several times a week. It scrolls, it automatically highlights the chord color above the word where you place it for the chord change, it has an animated BPM pie circle, it plays mp3 backing tracks, it has set lists that gray out the songs you've already played, it uses mono spaced plain text files that you can transfer via USB drive., & it's ROCK SOLID & works EVERY TIME!! . . are you kidding me?!!! AMAZing.. Thank You!
