A handy tool in my toolbox

I bought this app a few weeks ago and tried to enter a series of addresses that I needed to go to. The application just does not work. It is not that the routing algorithm is bad, it is that there is no visible option on the app UI to tell it to compute the route. When rendered on the Samsung Galaxy S4, the pull down menu icon shown in the screen shots does not appear which makes the app completely useless. I contacted the developer and after a week, got a single reply asking what phone I was on. I replied and waited another week with no further communication from them. At that point, I asked for a refund as the app obviously does not do what it claims, at least on my device. I would give zero stars if possible as the app just does not work and the Dev team is not responding.
