Other than notifications when system is armed or disarmed, I can't remotely arm/disarm the alarm. I get a "system may be busy" message even if I logout and back in again. I have a free Honeywell wifi thermostat that works flawlessly compared to this paid app. Pretty useless app to me.

I've emailed their support and all I get is silence. Very frustrating, basically useless. Also the pin security needs serious rethinking. I question the cognitive abilities of someone who thought that was a good idea. As if all that isn't bad enough. If anyone logs into system link *no one* can use the app or the website. Pure genius.

I recently installed this software, and so far, out of perhaps 20 atttempts, have been able to connect just once. The system sends me alerts, but I cannot log in to check on them. Whether I use my Android phone or Windows computer, I get the message "Could not connect to your alarm system. Your system may have been busy" Of course, I've tried that with the alarm armed and not armed. No difference...

Great until it Crashes. The app may suddenly decide it no longer wants to communicate with the alarm system. Now the whole system needs to be reset. Central Alarm Tucson uses this app. I am very seriously contemplating changing security companies because of this app.

I've been using this app for over 2 yrs now and I really like how user friendly it is. I am a busy working Mom with 3 teenagers and it's wonderful to be able to view who is coming and going. Even if someone forgets their house key, or if my parents want to stop by to put something in the house, I can open a door remotely to let them in, and then easily re-arm the system. I especially like that I can monitor what time my older teenagers​ come home after my bedtime without having to stay awake with worry. :) It's incredibly easy to use and I never have had any problem using it's features....Which honestly seem limitless!! The geofencing feature is awesome too bc I have it set to let me know if I've just driven away and left my garage door open...It knows when I've exited the designated area from my home! Highly recommend this app!!

Like other negative reviews this app is highly unreliable. Fails to connect to server very often. Do not rely on this app for anything important.

Can't get it to connect at all, very buggy, has never worked consistently from the beginning, now doesn't work at all!!

When scheduling through the app. It causes a crash every time. I have sent multiple reports and emails to no avail. Please fix this issue.

It's very slow and isn't user friendly.

Takes to long to load app and not very secure from others accessing my system.

Works like it should and gets better each version.For all those who are complaining about "system busy"-talk to your alarm company- it's a panel thing not the app. Not designed for outdated phones, if it's slow, it's probably your phone.

Great to make you feel good if you just want to check if your system is armed or not. Horrible if you're trying to disarm remotely because of a false alarm. Also the push notifications are extremely buggy sometimes they work sometimes they don't. Geo fencing feature a complete joke, and this app hasn't had an update since I got it. Disappointed given the size of alarm company using it

I've used a lot of alarm apps and this is by far the worst. Takes waaaayyyyy tooooooooo loonnngg.

Works great at my house, no complaints.

I absolutely love being able to use the app to set my alarm, turn it off, and even check to see the log history but unfortunately I receive a "system is busy try again" when I try to use my pin. If there's a way to fix this I'd definitely give 5 stars and be completely satisfied with the app

Installed this app on my Samsung S3 and it worked fine. After a while the History section quit working. I tried a few things and then un-installed and re-installed the app. Google Play indicated the app was installed, but I am unable to find it in the Application Manager. I can't un-install it because I can't find it on my phone, and I can't re-install it because Google Play thinks it's already installed. Can anyone help?

Very slow. Also ridiculous that you need notifications turned on to get history. I only use this because it is tied to our alarm company. Needs major improvements to be a functional app.

Major improvements have been made to this app over the last year. I can pretty much do anything on it with regards to my panel. Support is great as well.

PLEASE make outputs available to favorites, no zwave on system, a panel that uses outputs as power to do so many things is tying my hands to do automation rules. XR 150 series Rocks otherwise. Love DMP nice to know product manufactured in USA , use everyday.

I love this app! I feel at ease while away from home.

Works better than some much more expensive systems

I was locked out, on my first attempt, and received message not able to access their server. Two days later it appears to be resolved. Waiting to see if notifications will be restored. Back running again, upgraded from one to four stars.

There is no better security system, and no better app!

The app started off great and now I don't get the push notifications and also it used to show in my status bar? Can anyone help?

I don't know if it's local alarm provider or app but fails to connect often. "connection timed out" frustrated. Also don't see any of the menu represented in screenshot?

Widgets? Can't save the geofence setup either......

Easy and quick to use

This is the app my alarm co. uses, but there is a better one out there. Loooooong delays sometimes in connecting, the history doesn't tell you when a sensor is opened or closed, if it had this capability it is especially useful if you have to be away and need to let someone in your home, then you would be able to know their movements as well as when they left or came in your home. Hoping this becomes a feature soon!!!

I'm beyond frustrated! Used to be able to stay logged in and see my alarm settings by opening app. Now the app asks me to login EVERY time with my email and password. The password was set by the security company and is a bunch of gibberish I can't remember. Either fix app so users stay logged in or give us the ability to change the login password to something that works for the user.

I accidentally granted 1 user master code & it killed my main master code in my whole alarm system after hours which I had to wait till next morning to get my code back . And the new accidentally tapped code didnt worked as master code either or allowed me to give myself permissions again

So fast and so handy

This app is great. I use the sensor push notifications to give my house cartoon sound effects. They had a few bumps in the beginning but they've been constantly improving it. (sometimes weekly) I deal with a lot of security manufacturers and these guys are doing it right. Plus its made in the U.S.A!!! The new xr line of panels are unstoppable. Keep up the good work guys.

Often doesn't connect. Other apps connect so I know it isn't my connection. I've NEVER received a push notification of any kind. The menus in the screens shots don't even match the menus I have. I pay extra each month for this???
