As a Toyota owner, I found this app to be helpful whe it came to seeing my records of the services that had been done on the vehicle. Although very helpful, I found many issues with the application. When I tried to set an appointment, I was not issued the option to choose a Service Advisor. When I called in to move my appointment, the receptionist said that there was no appointment under my name for that time. There may be more issues that I have not found yet. Until there is a fix, my review will remain.

Would be a great tool if it actually worked. Find it surprising this dealership even claims the app...I mean it's virtually useless. I downloaded it during my 1st service appt several months back. It didn't work then, still doesn't work, and apparently Toyota of Richardson hasn't even tried to improve or develop further.
