App is very slow/kept freezing. Troubleshooted to make sure it wasn't my connection or phone. Other apps worked just fine and internet speed was at the normal 105mbps. Lithia app was the problem.

When I enter my vin number and last name it cant find my truck.

This "app" basically takes to a website to do anything. Once I created an account it wouldn't use the dealership info on my vehicle. After the annoyance of entering all the information about my vehicle it wouldn't acknowledge that I had free oil changes & wouldn't sync with the dealership for appointments. A total waste of my time & effort. Call the dealership - it's easier.

The App doesn't state a particular model of your car and it doesn't have a VIN no. Info. Since this app is linked to your car dealer with your service history, it should have all the information about your car too. Unable to login after the Upgrade 11-4-2014.
