I scheduled a service appointment for my Mazda using this app with the Joe Myers' Mazda service department. When I arrived for my appointment I found out the the Mazda service center didn't have my appointment. The service manager searched and searched only to find out that the app scheduled my appointment with Joe Myers Kia. So, I left Joe Myers without my vehicle getting serviced, too long a wait. I like the idea of a single portal for all makes, but the system needs to better discern between makes.
