Now there's App-Liste.de App for this scenario. Share apps... with icon, description (pulled automatically from google play) and a link to each app.

It generates are List as an webpage, so you can view it on every phone and even your computer webbrowser, and this list contains a link to google play for every app to find it quickly.

Limitation of current Betaversion: Select max. 20 Apps at the same time/list.
The App and the App-Liste.de generated List pulls german descriptions from google-play only at the moment, but everything like sharing with friends works even.
