Bulshit! You're selling toys..i bought 2 items I thought I could use it for a life time for my family in the Philippines but instead you're ruining my life coz of some apps or firmware updates. my wife can't even connect now to my account and I connect to other networks or WiFi to have new setup, it can't even pair now to both our phones or even simply making new account we cannot make it..now they are useless!!!!! I don't know how you update or upgrade for some reasons you may not perform even from reconnection or setting up before releasing to your customer!!!

Does everything it's supposed to do except allow you to view the recorded video. I select the thumdnail and it downloads but a blank screen flashes for a split second and disappears. Is there a separate player app?

The SD card playback doesn't work! The whole reason I purchased this was to be able to playback recorded videos on the SD card. I keep getting a connection failed(-1) error message everytime I tried to playback one of the recorded videos. Please fix this!

Since last week the application don't work for connection outside (using 4G). What happened..? D-Link fix the server access. No interest if don't work . And the app is paid.

The app was working ok for a while, but since 2 weeks I can't connect from any of my cameras unless I am in the same wifi network. Same goes for my wife. This defeats the purpose and investment. What can be done to fix this please?

Only works from camera's wifi network. Defeates the purpose of a surveillance camera, really..

Up until yesterday the app worked fine. Now it keeps saying sign in failed. No updates to phone or app so nothing has changed. I can still access it via browser but app is not working unless I am at home and can use the local feature. Been using this for all my cams for over a year and now it is not working.

In brief only does the work as intended with below big time flaws like - 1. No connectivity on 3g for individual camera. It seems the response time coded in app (I m also a software Engg :)..) is very less and since its 3g speed it gives can't connect device error. Only multicam works which also disconnects immediate. Multicam view is landscape only. I have phablet and so good if multicam view can be portrait. 2. App doesnt work on tablet at all when all the animation r disabled in android developers option. PLZ FIX THIS!!

Im having the same problem with signing in on my account that I have had since 2015! I have a Tablet that was working just fime and a Samsung S8 phone that was working and I cant even download a new updated MYDlink from google because it says its getting an error even though I can see my model # 2132 DCS 2132DBL camera ! This SUCKS!!!!!

Multiview is not present thats the only reason i bought this. Waste of money

After updated the latest version, DCS-5222L can't display in 4 screen view mode.

Useful app. Wish it can remotely download/save video clip while in Play Back mode.

I can not get this app to open - it just shows white screen. The app somehow logs into my 2 D-Link IP cameras but the screen is white , I can not hear or see anything. This app is on a Lenovo Tab 3 10 inch running Marshmallow. This apps perfectly well on my Samsung phone with Marshmallow and Samsung tablet with Nougat. IP cameras are DCS-932L. Can someone at DLink help me please. Thank you

Overall this app is pretty good, one major issue it has is with the 2-way voice. Occasionally the voice will be garbled or just stop working all together. We have to back out of the camera control and re-open it for the voice to start working again.

Dlink setup on computer no longer works. The Dlink plug in doesn't do anything. I tried their recommended browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Explorer & I can't change camera settings. The app is limited. They have to update the app to allow full control & setup of all cameras or all my cameras are useless. Go elsewhere for home security. I bought 2 iSmartAlarm Spot cameras that work better with the home security system.

Active area does not work you can set it and go back in later and it has changed on its own. No way from app to save or forward a clip you want from SD card. I realize you can climb up and remove card and download clip and climb back up put card back in and readjust camera. Pain in the you know what?

Constantly crashes on galaxy S7. Multiview does not work. Terrible app. Funny how the free app works fine but not the paid one.

what is happening with this app, this used to be ok..now only connection to mydlink is good but not to my cameras (99% unsuccessful) only 1% can, I have been using this for years without problem..my connection in both end is good and bandwidth is more than enough...even if I use web (int. explorer) I can't have a succesful connection to my 4 camera I can only connect If I am lucky.

2 cameras, latest phone and OS, plenty RAM, loading - spinning, loading - spinning, Waiting, waiting, finally I get at least one camera view.

Would not recognize my login account. Totally useless app.

Works as designed. The reviews on here are filled with people not understanding which camera they are using. Some have full features, some have limited features. Can't blame the app for what a camera can't support. Stop bring cheap, buy the premium cameras if you want premium features.

Revised! Why did I pay for the Full version app if the Multi View option does not work. I can only see 2 out of 4 cameras. Can't get out of multi view unless I close the app completely. One of the 4 cameras, constantly drops it's connection, forcing me to turn off and restart the camera. The Lite app is better for the functions I need. Guess I'm stuck with the full version app for now. The panning function is SLOW. The good: can see Some of my cameras remotely. 2 way conversation. Alerts and notifications.

Cannot talk through the app like it says, can't play music that it's suppose to have, can't record. I would not recommend this to anyone. Someone bought this for me I would not have paid for this.

Dlink cameras suck, it doest really let's you record or it doesn't even trigger and takes a pic or a video to let's you see. I payed 80$ for my cam , it's stupid if you can't managed to to see what happens in your house. Dlink is prolly gonna go down the sink.

Works fine not sure why I need to pay 99 cents to buy the plus for multi camera view. They should built into the product prices or just make the app 99 with no lite app.

I have the current updated mydlink+ app and it still will not save the option to have push notifications. i will select it and it constantly unselects itself after a few days. This is not good , when possible break ins can be missed due to not being notified

This is not what i expect when i made the purchase to upgrade.. neva able to stay on for more then a min. Always gotta reconnect...whats the use of having a camera for security if the security always going on lunch. Smh

Using Samsung S8 paid Mydlink full app but when i speak there is no audio coming out with some latest updates released from time to time, test it in iphone Mydlink lite and it got audio coming out... so what am i paying in full then??

seems to be the same as the lite version. I'm not seeing any new options. especially the one for 2 way talking. i have the 933L camera. is this why i dont have these options?

I have a samsung 8 plus, cannot connect to any of my cameras. My samsung tablet will connect, my wife's s7 will connect, but s8 plus won't.

All is working fine but in latest version my dlink app not have video recording button for DCS 700L CAMERA

No reason to get this one over the free version since you can't record like you can on the Apple version. Okay app
