This app could be so great, but it has never worked for me. It take ages to connect through bluetooth, and then it crashes or hangs before you can plan a route. DKN really need to get this sorted as so many people are having the same problems. The bikes are great, but aren't cheap, and I expected a much higher standard from their apps.

Can't get my hudl to connect to my bike without hours of waiting for the Bluetooth to connect. Unreliable!!

I can't deny it's fun, but resistance levels are way too low. Stays mostly on level 1, even up hills. Level 1 should be reserved for downhill sections only, not even flats. Currently l have to pedal frantically just to feel any benefit. PLEASE at least add some manual + and - buttons! The map also needs to update more frequently, and why should creating a route need bluetooth? A few simple fixes would turn this app from a toy into something brilliant. My XC-230i didn't come cheap, so please get this right.

Just paid out £870 for my running machine. Got all set up and ready to run and the app crashes every time you go into street view. Which is the reason I choose this over another machine. Very very disapointed. I can't believe a company would produce such poor software. Avoid avoid avoid

Street view gives good feedback. Would be even better with quicker refresh. Great that you can save any route in the world you create.more instructions would help. I learned by trial and error. Makes exercise very enjoyable with no potholes........

Using on a treadmill. And really nice presentation. Maybe they should refresh more fast. But must admit it makes training more fun. Nice job.

Works fine on samsung 7" tablet. However the resistance is far to low. Would like the option to raise it.
