Fuel Finder is a community of drivers assisting each other to find the lowest gas prices available. A must have application for all drivers.
Fuel Finder, at its core is a community of drivers assisting other drivers to find the lowest gas prices. The app provides other functionalities such as allowing the user to discover stations closest to them or search for stations with amenities of interest (e.g. shop, air pump, tyre services, etc.)
Fuel Finder uses a crowd sourcing methodology, allowing drivers and other consumers of fuel to report the prices being paid at pumps all over Jamaica. The use of crowd sourcing gives Fuel Finder the ability to provide the most up-to-date prices

The aim of Fuel Finder is to allow drivers to discover gas stations and their current prices. With the introduction of Fuel Finder, drivers will be more informed about what is available and by extension get more value for their money at the pumps.

Just downloaded the app to try it out and I must say that I like it so far. I am having an issue with the search though. Every time I try to search, be it a parish or for a gas station, a sad face pops up and I am told it is unable to yield any results. This is a big problem for me as I should be able to search for a gas station islandwide without such a glitch. I will keep you updated as I explore further, but it's a brilliant idea.

The app is very useful I see great potential for scalability, although gas stations are limited in the app now, I'm sure with future releases there will be much more to come. It is also great news knowing that it is made locally in Jamaica!

Beautifully designed, VERY EASY to use and very useful. Great job. My only suggestion is to add a "verified"feature, so that we know the prices are verified. Users could verify the price when they visit a station and the app can display how many verify the price or flagged it as incorrect.
