• Attach the wheels under the shelf with a screwdriver and screws.
• If you like to paint or otherwise coat the shelves, paint every piece of wood before you start to attach the shoe shelf.
Ensure that the shelf you've designed will match neatly in your closet before attaching it together. The wheels would make it easy to maneuver the shelves from 1 place to another, they would not help if the shelving does not fit in the desired area to start with.
