Loop the other side into a hook and twist it so it lays horizontal (whereas the other loop should be vertical). This way you can hook this onto the loop on the other end of the wire. Step 3: Thread on the Cotton to Hang, cut off a length of cotton cord and thread one end through the loop in the wire. Tie the two ends of the cord together and cut off the excess.
