Never works

Perfect app !

The app is simple enough to use and allows you to mark some important stops. However, it's often inaccurate, especially around 8:00am. Either it will say a bus is about to arrive, then no bus will show up or the time continues to get pushed back, sometimes up to 15 minutes. It will also neglect to report buses on the way as I've tried to follow the schedule but then see a bus arrive while I'm still a block away.

I've used a number of different apps for SF public transportation and this is the best one.

Great.This is a great app if you need the muni.

App couldn't find me, interface was not easily accessible. Definitely better Muni apps out there.

Time way off; used to be great. Now sucks...

Used to use next bus but they decide to update which meant cumbersome and difficult to get needed info - would rather deal with adverts than updates which are basically shiny new pretty colors and forcing time and web traffic for next bus

BART lines won't even load. And there is no AC Transit button in the menu. Useless app.

Where is the San Francisco Muni map? It used to be in the app and now cant find it no more.

Info is good but could be organized a bit better. I like being able to favorite stops and get to those faster. It would be nice to be able to see all those times at once instead of having to click on each one. Having a list of stops nearby is also good, but it would be even better if it told you what like that stop ID was for and/or if it is inbound our outbound. I keep opening the right intersection, but wrong direction.

Before I would just blindly wait at muni and Bart stations. Now I can take my time and avoid the peak commute times by the minute. Also 8 times out of ten I get a seat without having someone stand over me with that whole I'm trying to make you uncomfortable by invading your personal space so you'll get up and give me your seat.

I find this app cumbersome and often times infuriating. Figuring our which stops are inbound or outbound, no useful route maps, scrolling forever to find my location. I had Quickly which was amazing but my phone won't open it. This is a sad substitute

I especially love the favorites option for quick info regarding your usual busses and stops. I also really like the way the bus arrivals state the minutes until and the time of the next arrivals. The big bummer is that the accuracy is still off much of the time...sigh....

Not intuitive at all, and all the lines show up when you're searching. It's accurate though.

Gets me where I need to be because I can time when I need to leave. Sometimes,it does lag and a bus will show up five minutes before it leaves. Besides that, works good

Easy to use app with a high ratio of accuracy. It gets tricky building your "Favorite" stops but once you build your database, it's that much easier to use.

This app has never failed to give me accurate schedules for all the bus lines and bus stops in San Francisco. Very dependable.

Way too much effort for something that Transit does a thousand times cleaner. Also, if I wanted BART information I'd use other apps specifically for BART.

The timing is always off sometimes up to 30 minutes. Probably not the apps fault but Muni. And Muni should update the app with correct (or adjusted) arrival times.

Accurate and love the favorites feature. Would like to be able to search through a list of stops instead of having to choose a route first.

Has accurate times and is reliable. But, it comes with a huge learning curve, is not designed well with limited number of links to other sections within the app, and it doesn't display stops on the map very well. It's pretty average.

If you want to see ten Pins for a single location marked with info like '#185734' you found your app. If you want to get around on muni, use muni mobile instead

If you want to know precisely when to get to a bus stop to avoid waiting for the bus in San Francisco, this is the app for you. Very simple to use and continues to be predictable.

Can't wait for this to sync with clipper. Was very useful on our trip. No need to look for tickets everything is always with you. Drivers seemed happy we were using it.

I love this app I found it after I lost my older MUNI app and there was no looking back

This app does what it promises. It is very dependable. I like over and above the other Muni apps.

I use Muni everyday to travel to different places in the city and I find this app extremely useful.

This is one of the most accurate and reliable muni schedule apps. But it's cumbersome to navigate.

It knows where I am but cannot assist me in getting anywhere else.

The only thing bad, I would have to know the stop number. Some stops has no numbers.
