OK I love everything disney but when it comes to app why the heck do people have to pay for everything I mean this game got 9 snowflakes then oh what comes next oh right you have to pay for one game to get one snowflake and do u get anything else with no. Anyway I'm 11 and I really love disney but why do people have to pay for everything can't every disney app be free and be the full version cause its not fair on other kids who aren't allowed to buy things on apps.

I thought this was going to be fun. Instead, you have buy everything, and once you collect all the snowflakes and tap the box, nothing happens. Instead of saying the game is free, just do everyone a favor and change it to a game you need to purchase. There's nothing for settings either. Really disappointed in this. Had to remove it from my phone

No "settings" option, the game seems like it was rushed, and after level one, you have to pay to continue. BUGGY-RUSHED-TOO EXPENSIVE

They should at least tell people in the description that it is a trial game. There is only four different ones. You can only play the first one. It took me a minute to finally figure what to do in the first one. Another Disney money game.

A little bit buddy group inappropriate since you see team Freeze's hideout in the distance, but what the flip is this? Action. Comedy. Drama. *does the DanTDM*

I got all of the stars to go to the next level and it said I have to pay for it I don't know if I was doing it right or not but why should you have to pay for the next level?????????????????????

Purchased the app for my son , somehow it was uninstalled, now I need to repurchase?? My information should be up there whether uninstalled or installed. & Even if I were to repurchase it won't let me so.app needs some fix up other than that my son enjoyed it

People might not the have money to move on to the stages like spring and summer u will need to have money. Worst game ever.

My niece loves to take Olaf apart and put him back together--that's why-and only why-I gave this 2 stars. But honestly who makes a game with only one level before they start asking for money? There is nothing that entices me to even consider buying the other levels. This was not a smart move by the developers...

Not very good and free doesn't go very far. Don't waste your time. Uninstalling

I had to reset my phone. And then when I reinstalled the game, my purchases just disappeared. It's asking me to pay again to buy the three modules.

Even it says free, only a very basic small stage is for free. So fake

How come everytime i try to buy the other seasons it keeps saying transaction failed?! Its very frustrating when im trying to buy it for my son.

I paid for the upgrade for this and now it says my transaction can't be restored and only gives the basic game. Not impressed.

I just hated it you know what one level is more than much fun but the rest of the levels are locked I don't know I am just a kid I can't pay anything so how to play summer, spring and of course ice skating it's just horrible

This game looks great but you can only do 1 level without paying olaf looks wierd . My little sister was looking forward to playing this game all you do is look for snowflakes I love frozen but this is just rubbish but I only gave it two stars cause if you like this game its cool but I hated it

At least you could unlock the rest of the seasons then i will rate it 5 stars and also i am 10 years old

Won't let my daughter and I get to the next snowflake. We earn it but it never shows Olaf can see it but we cant....

I would gladly increase the stars on the review if there was an actual clear menu. My son handed me his tablet and said Olaf "sounded funny". Probably because he's speaking Chinese or something... I can't even tell if that's what it is. But when I go into settings all I get is the option to mute sound, to mute music and NO OTHER OPTIONS. Can't find a language setting anywhere, can't change it back. What am I supposed to do with that? Maybe the developers would like to shed some light on the entirely missing section of options. Jesus.

U can only play 1 level and then it asks you to buy the rest of game, u might as well say it's a paid game instead of deceiving us saying it's free

You can't get past level one no matter what. Directions tell you to tap on Elsa's snowflake to make lil things appear to attack the cake but nothing ever happened. I got the required 10 to pass the level and have tried 3 different times to come back and see if it was fixed. I love love Olaf but deleting this game.... Huge waste of time !

We bought the full version, but have never been able to complete one level. We were only able to get 9 of 10 snow flakes on Spring, no matter how many times we do all of the activities. We even have uninstalled and reinstalled.

This app was great. My daughter was loving it...until she got all if the snowflakes. I kept wondering why nothing happened after she finished the first level, then I found out that you have to pay to get to the next level. What kind of game rewards you with a $4 fine? I'd give the app 1 star, but my daughter hasn't gotten board with level one yet.

Installed for my granddaughter and was very dissapointed and upset that can only play one very short level then have to purchase other levels. I understand in-app purchases for special items due to other games I've had but to have to pay to get more levels on a game that says free very disappointed. Uninstalling.

You finish the snowflakes expecting to open another game, nope! Fooled you! This one snowflake game is all of the Olaf's adventure! It says in app purchases, not initial lure for a tiny "game" and then have your kids beg for more.

I did get all of the hidden snowflakes but when I was done they said the other levels were available FOR PURCHASE!!!!!!!! I mean it's just REDICULAS I mean I really love Olaf and I have been searching along time to get an Olaf game... Oh well I guess I have to search more. PS. SORRY FOR SPELLING

It's a fun game, but you can't progress to any of the other sections without paying. There's no earning them with so many hours logged into the game or anything. This takes the fun away for people who are in a financial bind.

Don't trust this app! Ended up paying $10 because they lied!and said all I had to do was press the buy button to also have the game on a different device. and it wouldn't charge me because it's already purchased on my Google account! Yeah right! Contacted them they said simply press refund button and I still have not received my money. What a scam!

If you have more than one child & they both have their own tablet, you actually should NOT have to buy the game multiple times for each child. Disney your ROBBING your customers, I want my money back.

This is a really short game but it's still fun for my toddler. For those of you having problems with having to repurchase, once you've paid, you click on purchase and in tiny writing right under the purchase options, it will give you the option to "restore purchase" that'll open all the games back up for you.

I've noticed I'm not the first to ask this question. I also see no has gotten an answer. Great customer service... But here goes, my son changed the language to Japanese. How do I change it back? Anyone?

Paid to unlock the other levels but had to uninstall and reinstall to find i have to pay again to unlock what i have already paid for!!!!! Oh and to anyone wanting to know how to change languages click on the shopping trolley and it is the last right button on the bottom of the screen

Ive updated this game for my daughter and the purchase of the full game i made a while ago has disappeared. It wont let me restore the purchase. Please help as my daughter wants to play this game.

Well I think about that because it's just not the way how you say and I love inventors is on my favorite cousin Joshua was tablet he likes Olaf so much

It says free....not just one level. Then you need to pay to finish a few more levels. Bummer. Scams yet again!!! :/

I like it and I'm having fun with it but it needs to unlock all of the things in it so that we don't need to pay but it's ok and I like it.

It's OK but not so much fun because we have to purchase summer,spring,ice skating and I will give you 5 stars when you make them free and the mini game -protect Anna's birthday cake from snowies.Ok?

As everyone else, got through level 1 only to find out I have to pay for other levels. O well I guess it doesn't help much putting this comment on. As I see you don't respond to others, mine wont count either. Just don't understand why you would say it's free if it's not.
