The gear is just a show off if it cant be synced with the app. Tried multiple time to sync but everytime get the same message "registration failed". A good gear let down by the app

It would not load up but it looked like a really good game to play but it just keep freezing up so I have to uninstall it.

My kids been begging me to download more missions but the app continues to remain on the title screen after download... I thought maybe it was my phone or my tablet so I restarted the whole phone and tablet... but it still didn't progress after the playmation display at the beginning when entering this app...this is very disappointing because my kids love the gear and missions but they want to do more so please if you could fix the app that would be awesome....

My son absolutely loves his playmation repulsor. ALL he wants is some new missions and to customize his gear, but EVERY TIME we try to connect his gear to the app it FAILS. I get to the point where it gives us the code, we enter the code, and then it gives an error code stating "registration failed, try again later". We have tried tons of times for multiple days now and STILL NOTHING. Please fix it.

We purchased the playmation starter pack for our son downloaded the app that "doesn't work" restarted the tab/trouble shoot checked for updates even when it's automatic. So in conclusion, the playmation starter pack was a total waste. There is a bright side!!! They marked down the price of the starter pack from $80 to $12

It only shows me the first opening video and closes. I can't get past it. My son loves this so much and has been begging me to get more missions and i can't! I'm so disappointed right now.

I finally got the app downloaded and now it won't let me add the gear. It says it will ask for the 5 digit number and it never did. My son loves the gear but the app is crap.

App was working fine until about a month ago. Put in a support ticket because I couldn't download new missions to my son's gear. Support told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did that and now it won't even start. Disappointing. (UPDATE) After going back-and-forth with Playmation support for a week, they've surmised that the issue is with my phone. All this despite the fact that the app worked perfectly on my device only a few short months ago. Disappointing - especially since my son absolutely LOVES his Avengers gear. (UPDATE #2) Took another week of emails with customer service, but the extra missions were finally able to download completely and my son's Avengers gear is better than ever!

So I understand that all apps have there flaws but to all the negative comments I really think you guys should reconsider trying this again I have bought a starter pack and it has done nothing but being awesome and I believe when you downloaded the app it wasn't working correctly but I think Disney has made adjustments and everyone needs to have this augmented reality game it is amazing and continues to be on the app or in the gear!!!! Great job Disney you never disappoint!!!

It does not work. When I try to connect my gamma gear and I type in the 5 digit code it says registration failed. I really want to do more missions but I can't. Please fix it.

1. Cant get back my old account. 2.cant sncy gear with new account. 3.ur about to lose a good paying customer, and not just me, a hole lot of em. So fix it or lose it all.

Crashes out at login screen, sometimes before. Don't waste your time, or data, until it's fixed.

Bought for my 5 year old he bkew thru the starter missions on the repulser gear and gamma pack now we cant download the latest missions wtf cant believe Disney would indorce this product with out checking for problems

This should by far the be most popular toy on the market, I bought it at $50 bucks for the starter but now it went down even further. The app takes a bit of know how do my little 3yr can really handle it, but he watches over my shoulder I tell him where to press then we are off to a new mission, I can't tell you how much fun it is to see your little guy running around acting like he's really an avenger and having those little robots chase him around. And now the price is lower then a good set of crayons!

It has issues. Got nearly every thing for around 45 doller. Now I know why.

Love this app, however have to use it on my daughters brand new iPad in order for purchases and downloads go, I tried to use my phone and it will not connect, then I purchased a mission and it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet I was finally able to get it to work from my daughters iPad and it worked fine I'm thinking it needs updated versions..But awesome toy 80$ toy got for 15$ from toys r us great buy.

I love it works well dont have much troube downloading missions from characters I bought the app is hard to understand at first but you get the hang of it the more you try it over all it was a good investment I will say when i bought the 1.99 pack on it at first it loaded now its not and keeps saying i not connected to the internet or not connected to Google Play but I am

Is she was quite clear the product never work properly with the app but by itself it is very nice to have either the Hulk fists or pulse Ray. The hardware itself is very fun but the application never worked.

Every time the opening video ends, a blue screen covered in stars appears and the app freezes. My nephew wants to use the app, but it doesn't work for some reason.

What a wonderful concept and abysmal execution. My boys are so bummed that it doesn't even sync, and from the reviews I can see I'm not the only one, sadly.

Everyone on this app should be fired. It never connects properly to the equipment. Been trying to use it off and on for about a year. Progressively getting worse.

My son loves the game, but wants more missions. Downloaded the App and it won't go past the "Playmation" start up screen.

My son loves to play with his Playmation Hulk Hands...too bad the App doesn't work....not investing in anymore guys....fix the app!

It sucks a waste of time it doesn't even work when u download it it just stays on the screen false advertisements because it clearly states in the instructions to download something that doesn't work to there devices that they sell please do a recall P.s yall should have a negative button to hit for the ratings

It's really good I got gamma gear and just restart your phone and gear and boom it works awesome except it always says when I try to get a mission it says you can't download mission's when updating and I already did download updates also separate problem with the gamma gear my scanner sometimes won't work

I think that this is a great game and it's good but it takes too long on downloading missions but other than that I think that you are awesome

It won't let me sync my gear

Just got both the ironman gear and hulk gear for my son's birthday, love the gear and activators and the figures he got, but this app barely lets me log in before it crashes, getting sick of this, please fix it
