My daughter tried to submit her audition for High School Musical 4 and the app and app acounts were down for multiple hours. She stayed up til almost 11:30 on a school night trying to submit it. She started trying to submit it at around 8-8:30 ish. Overall, this app was just disappointing.

It won't let me submit information for my daughter. I ha e tried for hours. I typed in my birthday so it only registers that I am not in the range. Please help me so I can submit my daughter's audition!

Hey Disney, I have a question. As of right now, I am 13 years old and will be 14 on May 12, 2016. Is it possible that I could still audition for High School Musical 4; It would be a blast if I could still have the chance.

I would LOVE to audition for High School Musical 4 but the app for Android isn't working. The upload buttom isn't showing yet the submit button is seen. So I don't know if I should just upload it to YouTube and hope someone sees it or wait until the day the online auditions end and see if I can do it then. I hope you guys can fix it before then.

Hi in extremely interested in auditioning for this. I have accessed the short script for Peyton's scene but every time I attempt to open the app it immediately crashes. I have redownloaded it several time but it keeps doing the same thing. Is there any other way to send in the audition video or to fix the problem? Thank you

Hey, so I think something weird is going on. I was just in the app yesterday & it said the last day of HSM 4 auditions are on the 4th & when I tried to submit today (the 3rd) it says contest closed. If anything can be done about this, then that would be great. Really dont want to miss out on this opportunity, & others to miss out as well. Thanks

Like many Teens, it's hard for me to find auditions I'm eligible for but with this app it's as easy as taking a video of myself! Also: My app crashes a lot and what I do is press the buttons really fast until it has to do a reboot, it may not be the most helpful but it's good if you're sending something on a deadline haha. I've tried uploading my audition several times over the past hour. Each time I get a notification saying I haven't filled out all the fields on info, but all the fields are filled out. At this point I only have an hour left to submit an audition I worked hours on and it'd be extremely unfair if I wasn't able to submit my audition on time because of a technological issue. Other than this error, I love the app. Please fix the error so I can give the app the good review it deserves.

I have all my information filled out but every time i go to submit my video it says im missing information. I really want to adution but im not able to go to the live adutions. My video is in the right format and it isnt too long. Please help

After about 4 hours of trying different things, I finally got my hsm4 audition to upload. All it took was changing the file types, but I'm surprised wmv didn't work. I'd give it 5 but those bugs are really annoying. Other than that and the fact that is stops a lot, it's a good app and I'm glad I have it.

Hello. I am having the same problems as well. First I tried to upload my video on 5/1/16 and the video would not upload. Constant errors. Also the app would freeze and crash quite often. On 5/2/16  I noticed that the final casting day was moved to 5/4/16 giving participants another day. I'm thinking good I have 2 more days to upload past the errors. So I go on the app to try to upload again but no luck. Now today on 5/3/16 I had plan on trying to upload

I'm trying to upload my high school musical 4 audition but the first time I got a message saying there was something wrong with thfor server. I've tried a few more times but now it won't even get to the page where you upload it. It just continually loads when I press submit but does nothing

I was planning to submit my video today but wveythime I click on submit, it loads for a really really long time. I just hope you can fix this bug so I can submit it and yes I am 15 yes old so there's nothing wrong about the age.

So as many others, I downloaded this for the HSM4 auditions. I am in the age range, & originally downloaded the app before 4/18/16. However, every time I try to open the app, immediately after "Get Started" the app crashes. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my device having no other apps in the background, basically everything & the app still crashes. This really bums me out. Update: won't let me upload when app said time was extended to the fourth earlier today. Extremely disappointed.

I put in my video just now. Don't know if anyone saw it yet. I have two questions though.how will I know if I got the part? And second they said my video was large but I wasn't

I am of age but it will not let me get ahold of the script. I think there is a bug that is causing this problem. If it could get fixed soon so we can look at the script that would be great. :)

The only script for high school musical 4 is for the role of Peyton. I was wondering if all the other roles were filled or if everyone needs to audition using Peyton's scene

They account system isn't working and this is due tomorrow I really need for this app to work. Like if it isn't working maybe you should add an extension or something because I cannot get it to work. P.S. will an MOB format work?

When I open the app I crashes on my Samsung galaxy tab a 9.7. I'm musically talent and can act. But the app doesn't let me do anything

Please fix these issues or give me the part for having to wait just kidding do not bother your time with this app first you'll think it's your device but then you realize its the app alone so just dont bother with the app at least til its fixed you never know disney workers you could have gotten your next big star and made lots of money from them if it wasn't for that little slip up

It's kicking me out of the app after I put my age 16 into the box and press get started then it says the app has crashed can it be fixed? I want to go for HSM4 auditions. 4/18 Today is 4/20 an it still will not work I don't know what to do I have restarted me tablet but it all does the same thing

Waiting for the "high school musical 4" audition my daughter alyssa castillo wants this so bad she acts , sings , models , and easy dancing and i hope she gets accepted !! Super excited

Whenever I go into the hsm4 casting call, it won't let me get a hold of the script. I have tried on multiple devices and it won't let me download the script. I am of age and would love to be able to read the script. Please help me.

With the "learn more" button. A blank screen pops up and nothing loads.

Ive been trying to send my video and todays the due date i hope you can fix it soon because i have less than 3 hours to send it in and it wouldnt be fair to me or a lot of others to miss this amazing chance because of one faulty server

I filled out my name, state, and age and chose my video (it's in wmv format) and I try to submit and it says that I haven't filled everything out?

I love this app except for the fact that I couldnt make the live casting calls for HSM so I had to use the online audition but applause will not let upload my video and this is important to me because I sung professionally and have performed at playhouse square and everything but this will be another opportunity down the drain if its legit...just keeps saying oh bother looks like you forgot some important info!!! UPDATE: YESSSS IT FINALLLY SENT...DONT KNOW IF IT WILL REALLY BE SEEN BUT U NEVER KNOW WHOS WATCHIN!!!

Thank you for fixing it. Unfortunately I must have put in my wrong birthday because it keeps telling me I have to be 14-17 years old even though I am 14.

Its really good. But I am wondering if everyone has to audition wit the role of Payton for High School Musical 4 because I do not see any other roles/scripts

Seems like it didn't get updated to 2016. It still has all of the 2015 competition and open calls up there.

I'm looking for casting calls and contests. So please tell me why it says completed contests. Instead of showing people open ones,you show them ones that are closed! Thank you.

There have been numerous reviews about people putting in all the information it asks for and yet the video not submitting because not all of the information needed was put in. My daughter couldnt find where she supposedly left something out. My husband and I tried to help and couldnt find it either. I have noticed that not one single review like this has been replied to by Disney and even my email i sent to the technical support department has not been replied to! So now they miss out?! Very upset!!!!
