They updated the app and say it's easier to navigate, but there's no way to access your favorites list

Absolutely hate that I can't make any wishlists. That was the only reason I downloaded this app.

Doesn't keep me logged in, I'm constantly getting error messages and the UI is not exactly the most pleasant to use.

Wouldn't work

I love Disney and can access the store through chrome and can access the Disney parks shop app but this one keeps saying my device is rooted. I just bought it from the store, brand new, and I've even had it checked. It's not rooted and it annoys me I can't use the app because of something that's not actually there.

Disney does not know the definition of a rooted phone. My phone does not have root priveleges yet Disney says it does and will not allow the app to be used.

The app is pointless, you can't sign in at all. Or it'll tell you your device is rooted

I'm using my phone as it came, out-of-the-box. This app keeps telling me the "Device is rooted", which is wrong. Because of the error, I can't use the app.

Says I don't have internet when I clearly do, loads forever, convoluted site at best. Come on disney you can do better than this.

I have a stock Oneplus 3 and it wont let me use the app because it thinks its rooted. Will this be fixed one day?

I have a brand new ZTE Zmax Pro and the app doesn't want to open because my device is rooted? (No way!!!)

Thinks my phone is rooted (Oneplus 2, so Oxygen OS), even though it's not.

I got an update and I thought yay you guys fixed the glitches but to my disappointment it has not been fixed. I tried to purchase twice and got an error message so I'll just delete this app since it has yet to be fixed

Do not like the re-design. Very difficult to quickly browse. Have to click on all items to see any details. Very cumbersome!

Tried to install it, but because my phone is rooted, they refuse to let me install it. What am I going to do? Use root to acquire fake money? What BS.

I can't add my campus box to address line 2 both in the app and on the desktop website which is annoying because I want the products shipped to the right address. It says invalid parameters type [s, b, sb]

Won't even let me use app. Message pops up as soon as it's opened that my phone is rooted and it can't be used on rooted phones. My phone isn't even rooted. Highly disappointed.

A new item, which I knew would sell out came available today. I installed the app, added the item to thw cart, and went to check out. Could not successfully check out. Had to go to full site to place order,but by then item was sold out. Don't bother with the app, use their website instead save yourself the headache.

I'm pleased how you can find everything from the site in the app but it's super buggy and glitchy. If Disney could find a way to make it smoother and more responsive when it updates that would be great.

You should add that feature becuse it would make it easier to use that way
