Discover for Tablet

Times out almost immediately when I'm trying to look at credit card statements. I'm tired of it needing to text me a code pretty much every time when I want to log in. Also "more details" on the transaction info screen doesn't work.

Easy to use...one time set up....done.

Crashes when you try to open monthly statement.

Great app user friendly, great way to stay on top of what is happening with my account. And I love the freeze option if I misplace my card or if it gets stolen. Best credit card app I use hands down.

Have spoken to half a dozen support people. They all speak nicely, but no one really fixes the problem.

Do Not have most problems others reported BUT, on ASUS TF300T with Kb Dock (Android4.2.1), Do Not get BANK or Quick Review Option when App is Activated - - - Only get Login Screen for CARD. Works as Advertised if Unmount Kb Dock but inconvenient. Two other bank Apps work OK with Kb attached. DEVS - Talk to Some of Your Competitors About How To Make This Work !

At least twice a week the application needs to send "authorization code" to verify the same device I've been using for weeks...even if I check the save this device option. If a transaction in bill pay is being processed it will not show up in pending area with all the other transactions, you will have to go to a different bill pay area to show bill pay transactions "in flight" and the status will show "paid" even though they didn't deduct the funds from your checking account and the payee hasn't received the funds...misleading. The folks from Discover Bank should use the Capital One or Chase app for a few weeks and make the proper adjustments to its application. Please take this information into consideration.

App closes 30 sec after opening statement. Discover "technical specialist " advised uninstall /reinstall which did NOT fix the problem. Doesn't Discover monitor issues reported here by customers? They wasted my time by recommending a fix they know or should have known doesn't cure the bug in their mobile app.

If you're planning on using this app to deposit checks - forget about it! Waste of time. I was going to start using Discover Bank for my primary checking account, but the mobile check deposit part of the app made me reconsider really quick. I haven't been able to deposit a single check through it - it keeps telling me there is something wrong with the quality of my check images. Whatever! There is something wrong with the quality of this app - that's what's wrong. Because I have bank accounts with 3 banks, and use 3 different apps to deposit checks. Guess what? The same checks deposit just fine, on the first try, with the other 2 apps. But not once could I do it with Discover app. Uninstalling and moving all my money out of this bank.

The app continuously closes out on its own while I'm still trying to use it. After opening up my statement it will closeout in less than a minute. I know that it is a good protection feature to have automatic closeout but i need a few minutes to go over my statement. Also you could put a warning before the automatic closeout asking if I want more time.

This version logs me out and stops working after less than a minute. Please fix this

Getting a login error on my Samsung Tab S tablet.

Never seems to work. The check deposit feature is a joke unless you catch the app in the right mood. Checks photographed in the exact same situation as previously accepted pics are denied because of image problems.

After only a few moments of looking at my statement, the program times out/closes. Other than that everything seems to work okay. Will update and improve score once the bugs are fixed. Samsung Tab S 5.0.2.

App times out after about 15seconds when viewing a statement, even if I continue to move the page. Worthless for viewing statements, and if I need to use a PC to see the statement, I will just do everything from there and won't use the app....

Problem with app closing while I'm still using the statement view platform. Major problem!

app worked for about 3 log ins now it says that there is a problem with my internet and it wont let me log onto my card account or my banking account through discover... please fix this is an essential app for me........... UPDATE : problems solved very happy with the app now

Thinks I'm on a version of android pre 4.0, won't even start.

Tried to deposit a check, got an error every time stating it didn't like the image quality. POS!

It won't let me log out. I have to hit the home button and when I click on the icon again, I'm already logged in. Uninstalling now.

Camera misfocuses and will not let me deposit checks. Old app worked fine. Android 4.2.1.

Now all I get is an "Enhanced Security" page. And all it does is say it will send a code to my phone or email. It doesn't send anything to either. It just blocks the app.

Can't log on now. Getting different errors all the time now. This app needs fixed asap.

Deposit check

Logged in, but none of the functions work, just keeps "loading" booooo.

Does not work in Lollipop on Nexus 10. Just hangs when try any menu item, like recent activity. Will rate higher if fixed.
