I wish there was a rating lower than this for the pathetic customer service , sheer case of cheating and lack of response by fitternity. With multiple calls and a promise I will get a revert I never got so from fitternity

Great app to find gym and fitness studio near your place and at much cheaper rate. Kudos for the team for creating such a helpful app.

Helped me and my friends to search Gyms and book trails amazing rewards and discounts on membership loved it..

I had booked a membership from fitternity for 1 year for a gym but unfortunately i had to cancel thr membership coz i had to shift to other country so i asked for my cancellation of membership and dey were not at all intrested but after requesting dem dey were like asked the gym to cancel the membership so dey deducted 3000 from my total amount of cancellation and when asked dey said i used the gym for 1 month but insted a did not gi for 1 single day as well so guys please dont book membership from fitternity its totally waste and they charge 30 %more than normal gym rates

App looks good....also I am planing to buy 1 month/ 3month membership for "kaizen wellness and fitness club, wakad" or "force fitness center" so could you please let me know in detail what are the benefits(merchandise kit/cashback) that I'll get if I book through this app

One of the best Apps I have come across. Helped me transform myself in ways i didn't think. Booking Trials and Purchasing Membership was a cake walk for me. Also helps you discover different types of fitness options near you. Must try

It's a good app discovery wise. But rates are expensive. If you want people to book through your app then please make sure that rates are best. I got a 50% discount more than your app by going directly to the gym.

Keeps on crashing.. what a waste of space.. Was really looking forward for some good deals on the app as it was mentioned in the website but the app is so pathetic.. after registration everything goes haywire

Bad experience..Bought my gym membership got a Rs700 cashback ,when tried to book another membership for a friend it says i cant use more than Rs60 of the wallet!! What kind of joke is this that i cant use my full wallet money.it will take me approx 11 booking to use all my money which is quite bizzare. You should have mentioned that earlier while i was booking my membership that cashback comes with such bizzare flaws!!!! Had i knew this i would have paid my gym owner upfront insted of falling for this advertising gimmick

The app has loads of glitches. Service center support also not good

26 MB app? You can't be serious. The interface is decent, and so is the flow. But 26 MB just doesn't strike a chord.

Super useful app ✔ Has an up to date list of gyms, scheduling trials and buying memberships is super convenient and you can really see how much it means to TeamFit to see us meeting our goals and getting fitter. The service is quick, people are polite and helpful and they gave me an entire gym bag free on purchasing a membership this year ☺ I highly recommend Fitternity!

I downloaded and i got free 2K amount and i was quite happy ..i went to gym and there were difference in rates by gym and fitternity...and still i tried to book a gym and it stucks on get kickstarted and get your gift...choose one...please resolve this bug and get 5 star..

Cashback offer is a scam. The cash back received is in the Fitternity wallet. The usage of wallet is restricted (not even 10% usage is allowed) . Extremely unfair. You could go ahead and book on the gym portal directly as Fitternity does not offer any benefit.

I booked for trial sessions two times and both the times the studio was closed and fitternity did not update me about it.

Rude people! Thieves! Unless you don't buy, they are after your life and once paid, no sign ! Customer care people are way damm rude. Money paid on 6th December and till today (15th December) no clue of the money. Neither the gym people have a clue and you can't definitely expect them to have one. And finally after all the frustration over struggle you been through they (fitternity ) tells you that your payment was initiated on 13th December!SERIOUSLY! And I even have started with the so called REWARD

Gym should be referred by fitternitty on real customer basis and be expecting customer. Thru fitternitty and not feel unwelcome

I started using this app and keeps on crashing on every selection. I am using it for moto g3 and lollypop android version. Crashing is very common in this app.

Extremely buggy

1st I booked a trial session for an aerobics class and when I reached there they hadn't even heard about fitternity and the aerobics class hadn't even started yet they will be starting it after a month from now... Next I gave it another shot and booked a free trial for Latin Ballroom dance ; reaching there they say we are not registered with any such app whatsoever and we have no free trials; if you want a trial you have to pay for 2 turns worth in advance ... Wasted so much time... Disappointed...

Please add Hyderabad also to this app
