TELS Mobile for Android
Logging to multiple facilities causes you to receive all notifications from each building you have ever logged into, not just the one you are logged into. I travel between 14 buildings so end up receiving dozens up to hundreds of notifications a day, very annoying.
We have been using this since August. Love love the work order feature. That is our most used part of tels. Thank you!!
This app helps with quick emergencies that happen in our facility. Kinda hard for me to get use to. Could be a little more direct to who needs to do what but maybe I haven't figured that out yet. But it is helpful.

This has to be one of the worst designs. First the app does NOT reflect what the online shows, not by a long shot. What it does show is so messy that I have to word the titles online in such a way that they can be understood in the app. There is NO customization to the online or app with out sending it to them in an email. Did you hear that? There are only a hand full of end-user options. In the asset section you have to send them an email to make/add changes! The subject bar in the work orders is NOT arrange able. Push notifications works only part time. None of the drop down menus can be personalized. It is horriable! If it were not for the fact I am stuck using it I would have dropped it a LONG time ago! I found several programs like this for FREE online. Oh how I wish I could tell my corporate to keep their $57 a month.

Keeps crashing on my tablet SM-T230NU 4.4.2
The app worked fine until the latest update. It will not connect to WiFi networks even though the the facility WiFi is working as normal. Please address this issue.
Works great.. try turning background apps off , and you will find it works.

So I have the tels app on 2 different devices. The app for the phone is some what OK compare to using the app on the tablet. The app on the tablet is a whole lot better. I'm able to see everything that I need to see & understand. Back to the phone app. Trying to see everything takes too long. Me personally I prefer the tablet app over the phone app. Take the test drive between both devices. Also is their any way that app can automatically sync instead of manually pushing the sync button.
It won't let me add assets, take pictures for work orders, sink, and keeps logging me out
Has worked flawlessly on my iPhone but crashes constantly on the android device that our company bought us.

Would be phenomenal if developer spent a little more time with it. This isn't an isolated event. My entire team has the same issues. Please make a way to disable notifications, annoying when my phone goes off all day!!!!!
App is useful and handy, but cuts down productivity when you constantly halve to log back in when returning to the app. NEVER remembers the user, why have these features if they don't work!
This application makes me want to pull my hair out. It constantly crashing, freezing and losing connection. I'm forced to use this app because of my company. Not my many options and slows my productivity. Thanks tels.

as a perpetual calendar calendar for preventive maintenance the app works well. it would be nice if you could generate work orders from the preventive maintenance side of the system.
Could be a very useful application for healthcare but the constant crashing, locking up and shutting down render it useless to my staff who spend more time trying to log on than actually doing preventative maintenance
The app is ok but needs more on the tec side like completed by an if anything is edited there needs to be a log of it and notes

Mobile is difficult to work with, Looses information, Freezes frequently, and doesn't retrieve necessary info. Update: notice how whenever there is a negative review it's not tels fault. There's the customer service I know you love.
