Green Flag

Completely useless. Can't login because it won't accept my account password (which is correct). So I ask for password reset, but code is never sent so I can't reset it. Rinse and repeat 6 times and now I've given up. Waste of phone space.

It won't let me log in. It says my password isn't correct. I know for a fact that it is.

Terrible!! Sorry, same result as a lot of others, couldn't find my policy. Don't waste your time with this garbage.

This app is useless, it kept giving me my wrong location, the wrong policy number I phoned Green Flag and they had no idea what to do ?? They told me to turn my phone off ( big help) just everything about this app is wrong don't waste your time on it

Unable to link account to it. Spoke with Green Flag rep several times who have reported it to the designers. Seems to be a common issue. Only use for the app is to have their telephone no at hand for a quick dial. Poor.

Doesn't work telephoned green flag numerous times told to just put registration number in. Waste of time rubbish

Waiting over a year for the App to recognise my first line of address. Spoke to three people today over phone and even I.T can't work it out. Get it sorted please or I will move over to competitor AA.

Doesn't work. New customer, downloaded app won't let me log in. Doesn't give confidence!

Tells me "Location unavailable.... please turn on GPS ". The GPS is on .

Filled in all details and could not find me on system

Absolutely useless . I'm having the same problem as everyone else on here,it can't find my policy. Green Flag,here's a suggestion,either find a competent person who can fix the app or just remove it from the play store because there's no point it being here if it doesn't work.

Downloaded this app as I thought it would be quicker to ring on a breakdown without having to scroll through my phone. But it won't accept that I am MRS...It accepts all the other prefixes so I am unable to add my policy, certainly knew I put in the wrong password, but won't accept I'm married##

Was extremely poor service waiting over 4 hours for mechanic, app was useless as each time I reached the ETA it would update with a new time. App was only useful for taking screen shots of the general incompetence of the service as the evening progressed. The final 30 mins I was able to track a mechanic on a map as he headed towers me. Woo (sarcasm). They offered me £50 compensation so if this happens to you, do ask.

Just keeps saying can't find policy, tried lower case, uppercase, combinations and phone call to Green flag. They told me I have policy and I have card so just call them if any problems and try app again later. 4 weeks later and multiple attempts no luck so time to uninstall

Cannot find my policy information. Phonecall to Green Flag, I was transferred to three random departments, none of which were any help. Useless.

After about 10 attempts i decided to try entering my details all in lower case and bingo....it worked!

Horrible app. Can't find your policy regardless what you enter. Called GF was passed around to be hold to wait a few hours and try again. Looking at reviews here, people can't add policies since June! Useless app

Will not recognise or find my policy, this has been going on for weeks now. Greenflag say they are trying to fix it, but nothing yet. I had a similar problem with another app where it couldn't find my account, was fixed in a couple of days. This can't be that hard to fix. Just link the database of the policies and the usernames/accounts to the front end website and that should resolve it.

Absurd, my surname has a hyphen and the app won't accept it as valid so I cannot register... Please try harder.

The features just don't work. Green flag won't do anything about it neither

As with so many others it can't find my policy. Came back to this about six hours later and without doing a thing when I opened the app it was all working.

Rubbish app. I have been a policy holder for many years, but only recently downloaded the app. It wouldn't find my policy details so called Green Flag for help. They checked my policy and told me to wait a week before trying the app again. Waited over a week and it still doesn't recognise that I have a policy. Uninstalled the app before posting this review. Good riddance to a waste of space on my phone's memory.

This worked fine on my last phone but on my new phone it cannot find my policy. I phoned Greenflag about this and was told not to put in my policy number or car reg, but just my basic details up to that. Also to try reinstalling the app. He also said it could take up to an hour to work. Yes did all of that but still not luck. Greenflag please look into this! Update. The lasted update means this now works. Give it a try!
