Very picky about your driving. I have actively stopped hard stopping and hard acceleration and it still tell me I need to improve

App seems to be in working order until you go to update your account with your policy information and gives a very long error message and will not even let you sign up for rewards or even upload your policy. It's rediculous.

Just a little problem, no work properly nothing. :( :( :(

Can not make a payment from this app and it makes you enter your account number a couple times before it sends you to another site to reenter your account number once again!

When it works won't let me log in most of the time

Said would send me a check for the rewards, never received a penny waste of time.

This app is helpful not just to help me save money on my already low cost car insurance, but helps me by analyzing my driving habits, and points out specific areas to work on. However it force closes a lot. Sometimes I forget to start a trip. It could be handy if I could leave it on, and it automatically start logging a trip when my device begins moving.

Starting to look for other insurance options that might be more economical for my buck...later direct

Logging trip works and it saves money but I logged a two hour trip yesterday but when I try to review it, it crashes.... And also it crashes randomly...

I don't understand the reason for this app. There's absolutely no account information here. If its gonna direct you to the website why not just go there first?

Don't waste your time logging trips half the time it doesn't save them. Oh well they I can pay $10 extra a month I give up

It's happened to me several times and customer service knows nothing about the app. They kept telling me that they would call me back and never did. I wish someone knew how to troubleshoot this app that doesn't read me a script that is useless.

What good is an app that says you can make a payment but all it does is send you to a website. And even then I've got to put up my policy number more than once then I just give up and call it in and do it automated.

This is the biggest joke every time you go to login it tells you income delete password and it locks you out for 24 hours when you called The Rack they tell you they can't do nothing about your password I've had the same password for 4 years and it's locked me out everyday for the last month but it keeps telling me that the password is not right and it's the same password I've used for ever

Does not log my rewards, only the trips

Poor design. And I drive over 20o miles a day but 90%of the time he's "resting" and I can't log my trips... it won't let me select me as a driver even though I'm the main policy holder.... whatever way to glitchy for me.

NOT SATISFIED!!! WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT CORRECT POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE WHEN REGISTERING THE ACCOUNT WHICH IS OCTOBER 2, 2015. IT FORCES ME TO PUT 20 OCT 2015 INSTEAD OF 02 OCT 2015. IF THIS IS FIXED I WILL KEEP THE APP OTHERWISE IT WILL UNINSTALLED

It continuously tells me my login information is wrong, but it works on the website. I don't get it.

I've just downloaded this app a couple days ago and I've had the same issue with recieving points but receiving 0 in rewards. When you hit "start trip" try keeping your phone open otherwise your trip wont be counted for rewards. Ive closed my phone for a 15 mile trip eventhough the app was running, received points but no rewards. I recently did another 15 mile trip and kept my phone open while the ap was running and got counted $2.05 rewards. Try it and see for yourself. Hopefully this helps everyone!! :)

It won't even let me log into my account because I accidentally entered my information instead of my husband's. I tried to correct, but it won't let me, it keeps saying that my device is registered to an account so I can't access my new one (I transferred to another state, and was given a new policy number.)

I'm receiving points for each of my trips but when I go to the rewards page it still says "0".I'm wondering if it updates itself when you finally hit $10.i know I'm really close to that mark already so,we'll see! Update:this app was literally just a waste of time.All of my mileage either got erased or the earned points I received were decreased dramatically in just pennies..I was really hoping to save some money on my insurance.This app shouldn't exsist!

Doesn't always log miles, even though the timer is working. Won't update my rewards, I have qualified for about $6 in drive time but no rewards. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now keeps telling me my device is associated with another account.....and that my password for that account is wrong....although logs in fine on my computer. Would love if this perpetual "bug" would be fixed.....from reading other reviews apparently this is a widespread problem.

Only tracks u for d first 3 days then it stops giving u points. They never meant to give u a discount in d first place

App says no rewards and now it say error sucks after two weeks

I just drove 9 hours and it didn't save my trip that is twice it has dun this

Was able to log one trip and every trip after keeps saying ongoing trip which is not true. Deleted app and reinstalled and now the app won't load. I really loved it the first time I used it and want it to work again

No way to register as the app crashed everyone I selected the birthday section

Will not let me log into account tells me I have wrong email/password or bad credentials. Please fix this so I can have my proof of insurance.
