Doesn't send notifications for warn triggers. Only full triggers. Optional 2 way pager gives you those and tells you which sensor is warning or full triggered within 1-2 miles. Why wouldn't someone just get a 2 way pager compared to this apart from GPS ability? I feel like I wasted money on this app and subscription. 2 way pager would have been better. This app should give us all functions of 2 way pager remote and should be more detailed as in which sensor is triggered/warns.

The app is ok. It would be nice if the the app had a status of the car running or locked right on the main screen instead of going to the status screen and clicking the update button inorder to have an updated status of the car. App should be improved to have realtime notification on the car. For example the drone mobile has a car on the main screen but on the sides it says if the engine is on and if the doors are locked

After an attempted theft of one of our box trucks at my business, we had this system installed on our main truck. The real time notifications were exactly what we were looking for. When the alarm is tripped, the app sends notifications to our smartphones and combined with our parking lot surveillance system, we now have the ability to monitor if someone is tampering with our truck in real time, allowing us to notify law enforcement right away.

Great when it works, most of the time it has no reception. The absolute worst thing is if you try to start the car without reception the alarm goes off. And now there is the customer support, they have deactivated my a account even though I have paid for the next 12 months. They were very quick to tell me I haven't paid and when I proved that I had, no response and my account is still inactive.

After burglary in a convertible, got this and while it can't stop a burglar it can deter aince alarm is hard tp disable but mostly i get peace of mind. i can also tell when my car is ready at my mechanic by where it is parked. cool...

It starts car, unlock, lock.. Good job, smart scheduler won't work though.. Update: smartstart module Only connects to Rogers Towers.. I live up in northern Manitoba where Rogers LTE piggyback off MTS towers and now the app just keeps on saying "unable to communicate with the vehicle" and I paid for this service.. Jeez Luis

Pairing with my car was problematic, as the instructions in the app are somewhat universal and the manual doesn't explain this at all. Once paired and I go a shirt distance away I don't know if I am connected via Bluetooth or not, and commands will say that they fail. Be nice to show a Bluetooth status so I know if I'm connected or not. The Bluetooth icon apparently means nothing.

This app works as advertised. It starts the car locks the doors I've been able to use it from anywhere. I would give it a 5 star rating if they would add a smart watch application as well. Where I could start my car from my Samsung Gear S3.

Please add: "VALET MODE". It's been really nice not carrying the remote, in low to no signal the Bluetooth module works great. Please please add Valet Mode to the App. Thanks again for the great work.

I bought the car starter just so I could use the app with it have have 2 way feedback. When I use the set schedule it doesn't work. It just gives me a notification on my phone that I might want to start my car and not start it. I mean if I set it to start at a certain time and temp it should start not make me open the app and start the car. Very disappointed this this product and app

Great for now. Always a concern that an update will break the app based on past experiences, but in it's current iteration it is working very well.
