There's no fast response from customer service

Total Fraud. The offer is only to attract the eyeballs and app downloads. if you go for booking even thoughtohe deal id shown as available..never happens. The actual experience may even be worst

The customer care representative told me that booking will have a confirmation within 20 mins of booking but that did not happen. They should explicitly call out confirmation time SLA first of all.

I booked a table for 4 at chillies saket. Coupon used was 50% off on alcohol. Paid 200 bucks for that. The restraunt offered cheapest quality alcohol on this coupon. We ended up NOT using it as it was useless. Restraunt had better deals. Such a waste of time on app and money.

Bought a deal for faasos. On visiting them, was informed that the deal was not valid. Was a sheer waste of time and money. Their customer support is slower than a snail and the only way to get in touch with them is via chat. They don't have any phone number

Just today went to a restaurant as dineout recommended to go there and use my wallet. Had filled 15000 RS in the wallet ..to my shock they did not accept it as said they won't take dineout ...is it a propaganda ...dineout is fake ?

The restaurant did not give discount and mentioned after the billing that these items do not have it after clearly mentioning food. And after complaining to the support they say we can't do any thing and take your feed back. Sign up money is a gimmick as well. Waste of downloading the app and a waste of time.

It is such a great app to use. I have got 20% discount in restaurants. I am wondering why are there so many negative reviews? My friends recommended it to me and I am absolutely thankful to them Thank you dineout :)

The policy change of using 25% Dineout cash on one payment is very painful to use Rs. 1231 which is going to expire soon as It is very difficult to have food outside on daily basis. Also, when I go out not all outlets except dineout earnings so very low amout can be used even after making too many efforts. So, I am very disappointed.

Such a waste of time and money. We purchased an offer for wow momo on 21st feb which says you get 50% off on food and pepsi both. After going there, they denied the offer for pepsi and we ended up not using the offer as it wasn't giving what it states. We are complaining since that day and till now no action has been taken and today they say after checking the bill that pepsi deal is not applicable on the same and our complain is not valid. Such a fraud app. And also their service is very slow and also fake. This app totally sucks. And both dineout and the restaurant concerned play games with you.

Cost is same as other apps. But they are charging extra for booking. They are cheating customers by catchy 50% off and 100% cashback offer. Total waste of money and time

It's not that worth as I read... It has flaws like you can't upload more than 1 bill in a day, also you can't upload the bill if you are out of restaurant's vicinity.... Basically you just can collect some amount in your wallet in simple terms and then I don't understand how to spend it. They don't give any instant discount in the restaurant itself like the clicktable app. Overall didn't find it much impressive...

It is such a pain to find restaurant availability. Each one of them says as available, but when I click on the restaurant it says sold out. Messed up app. The GIRF is a grrrrrr @ dineout.

They advertise their SmartPay wallet. But what they don't tell u is u can't use all the cash back in DineOut wallet at once but only 15% of the bill at a time. And they expire within 2 months. Moreover, since you will be getting 20% additional cash-back on the SmartPay option, you will essentially never be able to use it all. This is they lock-in strategy for which people fall. Seriously not worth the trouble.

A really good app with great deals , recently faced some problem during payment at a restaurant so I had launched a complain. Did not expect such a fast reply from their customer care executive.

USE ZOMATO!! Dineout is most fake app of all the food app's we have.They promise you one thing but never do. They said to share a crazy grif moment but they gave awards to some undeserved photos. Sorry but next time of girf I will personally tell people not to use this app.

They are cheaters . Don't install this app . The offers they boast about on restaurants is fake . The menu of restaurants on buffet is changed and items are reduced to a great extent if you book through this app . They will only offer 2-3 items in the name of buffet . worst experience that our nation has got such cheaters

This app is fraud as it's giving 200 for each referral but you cant use 100% of it ,you can avail only 20% of this amount that too also for 1 month period of time with some other terms n conditions, app did not mentioned all the t&c points clearly that we will come to know while visiting any restaurant so please dont waste your time by installing this fraud app.

Not so reliable app, server unresponsive when trying to pay thru dineout points, customer service is terrible. They only respond with fixed replies not relevant answers

Urban Tadka, Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla west, Mumbai refused to accept payment stating they dont have tie up with dineout despite there details being displayed on dineout. My dine out credits expired as it was last day to use them and Urban tadka did not accept the payment through dineout. Their service was also very bad.

The app allows you to avail discounts when you sit and eat at the restaurant only. It doesn't matter if you personally go to take it away from them. Why would I not sit for a while, have a bite and get the leftovers packed?? How is that logical???

I have around 1800 in the app and when ever I wanted to book using that money it says that you cannot use it or it's not applicable.

We won't be able to use the wallet amount for booking the table.

It just keeps saying update now and doesnt do anything. Cant use it

Earnings redemption decreased from 50% to 25% without notice. Also doesn't let use promotional earnings for gourmet passport.
