Overall terrible app riddled with bugs. Needs Geo fencing and more info to help setting up for the 1st time. Not sure why there is no "awake, away, home, sleep" labels? The temperature units in the app aren't reflected on the control unit. Continually having problems logging in to the app. The paying customers know more about how this system works than the engineers and developers do.

The worst part about this app is not that it doesn't actually work, but that if someone is downloading it, they've already spent $150 on the controller. The fact that Dimplex has produced and marketed such a disaster of a product makes me wonder how safe their electric baseboard heaters are. The company obviously has low standards as well as the inability to recognize and address failure. Don't waste your time or money.

I bought 3 heaters in which one heater failed to work. The controller is limited and hard to setup. Dimplex has failed to produce quality customer experience and have managed to overcharge for something that dissatisfies customers.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, installed today works well from the app and thermostat. Only complaint is its somewhat difficult to set up

Latest version improves on initial release. Works great for my use, which is to raise the temperature of a cabin before we arrive in the winter months.

Tapping does nothing. Can't get this to work.
