هذه مجموعة من الفتاوى المهمة والجديدة ، و المقتبسة في غالبيتها من أجوبة ما ورد في المواقع المنتسبة لمكتب آية الله العظمى السيد السيستانى دام ظله الوارف ، تم تبويبها تبويبا جديدا مطابقا لنفس تبويب فتاوى آية الله العظمى السيد الخوئي قدس سره ، لتسهل عملية المقارنة ، والرجوع إلى الفتوى في موارد الاحتياط الوجوبي.

ملاحظة هامة:

طبقا لما قاله بعض اعضاء مكتب الاستفتاء فانه قد يلزم تعديل او تغيير بعض الفتاوى فى سلة الفتاوى ، لتغير راى السيد دام ظله او غير ذلك ، ولهذا لزم التنويه ابراء للذمة ، ويبقى هذا التنويه ساريا الى حين مراجعة كافة الفتاوى الموجودة.
