• مجلَّة نصف سنويَّة تخصّصيَّة تصدر عن المدرسة العلميَّة (الآخوند الصغرى), وتُعنى بنشر كلّ ما يهمّ طالب الأبحاث العليا في الحوزة العلميَّة, من الفقه والأُصول والرجال والحديث ونحوها.
• الهدف الرئيسي من المشروع هو توفير أفضل الفرص للباحثين لنشر أبحاثهم إيمانا منا بوجود أبحاث قيّمة لم ترَ النور لأسباب متعددة لسنا الآن بصدد بيانها, هذا بالإضافة إلى أنَّه محاولة لبيان المستوى العلمي لطلّاب العلوم الدينيَّة في الحوزة العلميَّة في النجف الأشرف.
• ترحّب المجلَّة بإسهامات الباحثين الأفاضل في مختلف المجالات التي تهم طالب الأبحاث العليا في الحوزة العلميّة, من الفقه والأُصول والرجال والحديث ونحوها.
• تجري المجلَّة تقييماً أوَّليَّاً لها يتضمَّن ملاحظة مدى موافقتها لأصول البحث العلمي على مختلف المستويات الفنيَّة والعلميَّة من المنهجيَّة والتوثيق ونحوهما, وأهليتها للنشر من تلك الحيثيَّة.
ومن ثمَّ يتم تحويل البحوث الموافقة للمعايير الأولية المذكورة إلى هيئة استشارية (علمية) لغرض تقييمها.
• يُجرى التقييم الأخير المشار إليه من قبل هيئة استشارية (علمية) مكوَّنة من أساتذة معروفين في الحوزة العلميَّة يُشهد لهم بالفضل والقدرة العلميَّة ممَّن أبدوا الاستعداد التام للتعاون في سبيل إنجاح المشروع.
• يُشترط في المادّة المُراد نشرها أُمور:
1. أنْ تكون مستوفية لأُصول البحث العلمي على مختلف المستويات (الفنيّة والعلميّة), من المنهجيّة والتوثيق ونحوهما.
2. أنْ تكون الأبحاث مكتوبة بخطّ واضح أو (منضَّدة).
3. أنْ توضع الهوامش في أسفل الصفحة.
4. أنْ يتراوح حجم البحث بين (12) إلى (60) صفحة من القطع الوزيري بخطٍ متوسط الحجم, وما يزيد على ذلك يمكن جعله في حلقتين أو أكثر حسب نظر المجلَّة, شريطة استلام البحث كاملاً.
5. أنْ لا يكون البحث قد نُشر أو أُرسل للنشر في مكان آخر.
6. أنْ يُذيَّلَ البحث بذكر المصادر التي اعتمدها الباحث.
• تلتزم إدارة المجلة بالمحافظة على السريَّة التامَّة لجميع الخصوصيّات ومنها تفاصيل البحث والتقييم وما إلى ذلك, ولا يُعاد البحث إلى صاحبه سواء أَنُشـر أم لم يُنشـر, وللمجلَّة حق إعادة نشر البحوث التي نشرتها.
• يخضع ترتيب البحوث المنشورة في المجلَّة لاعتبارات فنيّة لا علاقة لها بمكانة الكاتب أو أهميّة الموضوع.
• ما يُنشر في المجلَّة لا يعدو كونه مطارحات علميّة صرفة, ولا يُعبّر بالضـرورة عن رأي المجلَّة.

• The magazine management is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all the particulars, including the research and evaluation details and so forth, and re-search to the owner either publish or not publish, and the right to re-publish a magazine published by the research.
