بين يديكم جنى دانٍ أتت به سنوات من ممارسة الإرشاد الفقهي في مواسم الحج والعمرة، و سنوات من التجوّل الفاحص داخل أروقة كتب مناسك الحج والعمرة والاستفتاءات والمواقع الفقهية.
يعنى هذا الكتاب ببيان الفوارق الفقهية بين المراجع في مناسك الحج، ويمتاز بما يلي:
1ـ الاقتصار على المسائل المبتلاة غالبًا.
2- متابعة المسائل المستحدثة في الحج والعمرة.
3- تحديث الإجابات والفتاوى وفق آخر ما وصل إلينا.
4ـ حيث كانت الفتوى مأخوذة من نفس كتاب (مناسك الحج) للمرجع نفسه, فلم نشر لمصدرها. وأما الفتاوى المأخوذة من غيرها فقد ذكرنا مصدرها في الحاشية.
5- تقسيم المسائل إلى مجموعات، ولكل مجموعة عنوان جامع بها - إن أمكن- .
6- وضع عنوان بارز لكل مسألة بحيث يسهل الوصول إلى المسألة المطلوبة.


مستويات تغطية التطبيق ومتابعته:
يحوي هذا التطبيق على ثلاثة مستويات من التتبع والإحصاء:
المستوى الأول: تغطية شاملة:
نسعى – قدر الإمكان – لتغطية فتاوى هؤلاء المراجع في جميع مسائل الكتاب، وهذا يشمل :
1 ـ السيد الإمام روح الله الخميني(رحمه الله).
2 ـ السيد علي الخامنئي (حفظه الله).
3 ـ السيد أبو القاسم الخوئي(رحمه الله).
4 ـ السيد علي السيستاني (حفظه الله).
5 ـ السيد محمد سعيد الحكيم (حفظه الله).
6 ـ الشيخ ناصر مكارم الشيرازي (حفظه الله).
7 ـ الشيخ الوحيد الخراساني (حفظه الله).
8 ـ السيد محمد الشيرازي(رحمه الله).
9 ـ السيد صادق الشيرازي (حفظه الله).

وحيث قلنا (متفق) فالحكم مورد اتفاق هؤلاء الأعلام.

المستوى الثاني: تغطية جزئية:
رأيت أن أضيف فتاوى لبعض الفقهاء لكن دون التزام بتتبع آرائهم في جميع المسائل المذكورة, ودون أن نلحظ آرائهم في قولنا (متفق)، وهم:
1ـ السيد موسى الحسيني الزنجاني (حفظه الله).
2ـ الشيخ جعفر السبحاني (حفظه الله).
3ـ الشيخ محمد إسحاق الفياض (حفظه الله).
4ـ السيد محمود الهاشمي الشاهرودي (حفظه الله).
5- السيد كاظم الحسيني الحائري (حفظه الله).
6ـ الشيخ حسين آل عصفور(رحمه الله). وقد اعتمدت في نقل رأيه على كتاب مصباح الناسكين في أحكام الحجاج والمعتمرين, مضافًا إلى كتاب (سداد العباد).

المستوى الثالث: تغطية متواضعة:
ربما وجدت مسائل احتياطية تحتاج إلى مزيد من الآراء, فأضفت لها ما تيسر من فتاوى لأعلام آخرين. وربما كان في ذكر تلك الآراء فائدة علمية للمرشد العزيز.

The second level: partial coverage:
I saw that added opinions of some scholars, but without the commitment to follow their views on all the issues in question, and without being noticed their opinions in our saying (agreed), they are:

3 Sheikh Mohammed Ishaq al-Fayad (may Allah protect him).
