CTCI Support主要是給中鼎工地同仁,用於Piping Support Standard的查閱,MTO統計及Tree View顯示!
管線支撐標準圖對於缺乏設計概念或較不熟悉中鼎標準的工地人員,需要較多時間的了解及查詢,相對也提高施工錯誤的機率,因此我們決定捨棄只是簡單的上傳管線支撐標準圖檔的作法,改為提供使用者更體貼的全新體驗。
原本管線支撐標準圖的紙本查閱步驟,以管線支撐編號 01-2B-05E-A為例,光是細部詳圖就要跳讀3頁,尺寸查表共19個步驟。如果加上材料查閱,又要再透過電腦跨兩個系統交互查詢,共計21個步驟。改用App查閱後,如下圖所示,僅須1個步驟,不須查表,不須跳頁,不須電腦,即獲得所有細部詳圖、尺寸及材料資訊。
除了標準圖之外,我們還增加了兩個材料的統計功能,方便工地做管線支撐材料的相關規劃。一個是MTO Summary,先篩選搜尋「管線編號」,再透過「區域」 → 「管線立體圖圖號」 → 「管線支撐編號」的樹狀結構,來挑選多個不同的管線支撐,以計算其材料的總量;也可透過另一個MTO Count,直接輸入多個不同的管線支撐及數量,來達成統計材料的目的。 CTCI Support site mainly to the tripod colleagues for Piping Support Standard of review, MTO and Tree View statistics show!
