YOU+NISSAN for Android
If you don't own the car you drive but rent it, like me, don't bother to download this App neither the Carwings App because it won't let you register. I understand the reasons but think they should communicate that better before people lose their time.
First tried it almost a year ago and it said "Server is unavailable". A year has passed but still the same error! Are you guys joking? It's Nissan, one of the largest car manufacturer in the world and you can't fix a single damn app???
Absolute Rubbish. Doesn't work, good job they haven't started charging for this so called service.
Will rate again it sorted. I have purchased a used qashqai last week and I have registered with nissan portal and connect app but the system still says I'm not the owner. Contacted nissan and they keep sending me the same link everytime which sends me round and round in circles. Any ideas pls
Can not log in to the app as always says server unavailable all the time so it's completely pointless.
Can better use desktop version. No real help to have the application
No guarda los datos. Le he metido varias veces los datos de mi perfil, aparentemente los guarda pero vuelvo a la pantalla principal y mensigue diciendo que estan incompletos. He activado los servicios online pero cuando conecto el coche me dice que no estan activados. No sirve de nada esta app.

We see the adverts about how you are developing new apps. Well the current list is useless apart from Google Search. How about something related to the car, even if it was a bunch of driving statistics or goals to encourage good driving. We can't even have tunin radio as featured in the advertisments your app links to. How about music streaming like spotify.
Great app when it connects to car I have a 2016 66 reg car and always having issues connecting I find if I start car then connect Bluetooth then turn car off and let phone disconnect the restart car 5 out of 10 times it will connect with the car symbol on top. Then apps likes Facebook and Twitter work perfectly but could be so so much better. I find app to read my texts helps when driving too but this could have easily been added to the Nissan system
Absolutely rubbish . Cannot get it working. Contacted Nissan who said the technical team will call me, after a week contacted them again to be told they have no record of my first call. Customer service not fit for purpose.
Every time there is an update I hope things are better, every time login and 'service is temporarily unavailable', the event app is terrible and I hoped this would be better, but Nissan you continue around me with your inability to get these right.
So what does this app do that the mobile website doesn't? Rated it 2 as it is a bit pointless really. Must try harder, or even just try a bit.
Even if the app worked seamlessly its still rubbish as you cannot browse google ...facebook or pretty much anything ....frustration at the clumsy attempt to get a subscription.. dont bother trying
I can open my account on the website with my credentials but the app always says invalid username and password....very disappointing

Not available for Finland. The website is full of advertisements only. Don't waste your money or your time !
Does not even recognize the vin number. No wonder this app is rated bad. Don't tell me a corporate like Nissan can't do better than this. Sad really...
What a load of s**t this app is. Doesn't even work. Telling me I'm not entering a right e-mail address. I think I know my own e-mail
Pretty much just like the garage where i bought my car! What a waste of phone space.
Does not work with new Navara NP300, tried for 4 hours- hours I'll never get back - should have read reviews before eating my time!
It is not working. I can not login, it is always saying the server is unreachable try again later.
App is so basic it takes 10 seconds just to start. Connect to car? no. tho' other users say ten tries it will. My phone is connected by bluetooth. Apps? no, a couple for Leaf, if they work then that might be ok. Why do I want an in car connection to Google search and Facebook when i have a phone, I don't know. Ditch the app Nissan, redesign it from the start, make it connect to the car and give mpg and any fault info eg warning lights, maybe a where's my car feature. No dev responses? Otherwise uninstall.
Took about 10 attempts to login but did finally manage it. Used uppercase email address and there's no special characters in my password.
It sort of works but won't let you do lots of things. Buttons often do nothing. Very poor.
The app claims I am using a wrong username or password even though they are correct. Useless if Nissan can get this right
Been trying for a week, can't even connect. Keeps saying username password incorrect when I know it's right.

Sometimes says incorrect login password (although it is right) after a few attempts it just says "Server not available" ???
absolute rubish. Even after a chat on line with adviser still will not recognise user name or password which has been verified by Nisan
Was there any intention for these apps to work? Or just for show to say you've got them. Site says use the app, app says use the site, both are barely functional and the instructions are like a bad translation, needs sorting out.
I also can't log in although I know my password is correct as I can log in (sometimes) on the website using the same password. Besides, your password reminder tells me it is correct too.
FFS PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER NISSAN!!!
Absolutely appalled that a company the size of Nissan can;t write an Android app that works. It won't recognise my password half the time (even though I know it is right), the other half it can't access the server. On the odd time I got past that point it wouldn't let me select a favourite dealer. I can't get as far as trying it in the vehicle to see if that works. Totally disgusted. What a waste of effort. No point in having 2 years free use with a new vehicle if nothing works.
Aren't you embarrassed Nissan putting your name to such a disappointing app. Please rectify!

Update App Nov 2016 v 4.1. New app forgets username and password again..so if you had an issue you've got another. Started app and it reports Server not available. I can't even log in to try it....I'll try again and update this review. Dev update says now gives incar info maybe they did listen to the reviews. I'm in apparently my password is correct after all. Basic car, dealer and warning lights info so far plus a link to Nissan connect app. Wait and see if it is any use. I don't use the app as it's weak.
