DW as a whole has seriously disappointed me. Considering junking it. 10 camera system barely 1 year old. DW support sucks

Works great for the most part... Unless you need audio or PTZ control, it has neither. 5 stars when/if these capabilities are added.

On the new version, each time you go into a camera, you have to change the resolution, to be able to see it.

I am so glad they released the new Marshmallow compatible version. I can't wait until the Mobile Client for Android is ready for release, but this will definitely keep me and my customers happy.

Before the last update it was about two starts now I can't see my cameras in 1080 or 720. Also I've never had the ability to zoom like the apple app. WHYYY if the apple app can do it why the limitation on Android...

Before the last two updates it did not work. Now it is working great.

Absolutely horrible !

I have multiple DW units and need to be able to view things on the go. This app frequently doesn't work, and when it does, switching from camera to camera is a bigger process than it should be. I'd like to be able to swipe left or right to move to the next or previous camera, as most of your competitors allow. Please incorporate this request into your next update.

Can't control PTZ. Takes to long to load camera

I have galaxy s6 edge android 5.1.1 and I only see a list of cameras but when selecting the cameras to see the video feed it stayes blank !! It won't stream!!

Having to change the resolution of a Camera feed each time you open it is a little annoying, Otherwise great. Could really use an option to set the default resolution.

App stays updated as the Spectrum server updates are pushed. the interface is simple and easy to use, there aren't many options to confuse you. Option to change between HTTP or RTSP helps when only low 4g service is available as well as option to lower resolution. Perfect app in my opinion.

Doesn't appear to be Android 6.0 compatible. Force closes every time I try to view a camera stream. Nexus 6 (2014)

I think this app needs to have ptz option.

The last two updates broke the app on nexus 9, now it's force closing when I try to see live cameras. Thumbnails refresh OK thou.

Can't do much with this app. It should be like the mobile app listed on your website under mobile apps.

I am trying already for months to help my customers to get a better picture live streaming, was on the phone with Tach Soppurt for hours they should try to help, nothing worked DON'T UPDATE the last version was much better, now I'm having 7 customers unhappy because of the update!!!!

Haven't been able to get this app to work on a Samsung S6 Edge or Note 5. Please update the app.

Worked great. Now over last two months it's terrible. Won't load live shot in HTTP. In RTSP it loads with all pixels and as motion goes by comes in. Fully loads once and while and takes 20+ seconds.

Please release Mobile Client for g play.

The streams are very bad, 1fps maximum. Because of that, the app is kind of useless. I don't understand why you have to transcode, why don't you just pass-through the live camera stream. The quality is just horrendous, not to mention that the rtsp stream just doesn't work.

Latest update to media server 2.3.1.9070 breaks this client from accessing the stream. Also there seems to be a disparity in functionality between this bare client and the one for iPhone which seems to be much more feature packed. Any plans to get this client up to par?

It no longer works on spectrum server 2.21 I received an I/O error when I to live view. Thumbnails work but no longer able to see a live view.. Release 2.30 already! Hey they released 2.3 server now it works again! Thanks

Since the last update I get a "switching transport" message and nothing else.

Not working locks up and pixels the screen when it come up and locked up the phone.

Worked fine prior to this update. Now pixels..

It would be nice if I could zoom...

One of the best camera GUI s I have seen

Works great, playback is a little fussy, there is no fast forward or rewind buttons for quick playback which makes it a little difficult to find a specific time line or even playback what you've just seen in live view. It could become very time consuming searching on the go. The zoom option just doesn't exist, I was disappointed in the lack of that feature, that's very important with these cameras being HD and your limited to the border of your screen or tablet.
