Went to select my preferred dealer and WA isn't even on the list! Keeps telling me I can't access the tools because I hadn't entered my VIN even though I did and verified. Not sure if it's at all useful in this state

Not even picking my Jeep's VIN No for God sake.

If you sell a car, I expect to see it in your model list. Not a good way to handle newcomers to the Jeep family

App doesn't get past welcome screen. Easy install even easier un-install

Nothing I can't get from the website

The app asks to register using the VIN but there is no confirmation of authentication. And South Australia isn't even represented on the list. I am unable to use the features of the app due to the VIN not authenticating. Please fix it.

Fixed for my phone now

I have been checking the app constantly everyday. I now can't see the countdown anymore, all I can see is a compass which shows my current location and then the app just shuts down. I have restarted my phone a couple of times, and tried this again and again and it still keeps happening. My husband has an iPhone 4S, and it's currently saying 'Well done you have reached the remote dealership'. Seems as though there's a bug that needs to be fixed within the app. I hope this will be rectified in time.

Jeep get it together. A let down considering you have a great product.

Originally I couldn't get past the first screen. Perseverance and a finger flick fixed that. Now I just have to play with it more

Useless :(

I mean it installs and loads etc. but is fairly useless. I can get a weather report and find a petrol station. Whoopdedoo google does that already for me on my phone and the GPS in car should. (Don't get me started on the lack of map updates and out of date maps). Install it if you want but I'd recommend go have a cup of coffee and a chat with a friend. A much better use of time.

Fixed for my phone now

App did not detect network settings correctly. A number of content updates did not take effect properly or required a restart of the app. Worst of all the number for the remote dealership took a long time to load when the counter reached 0 and then displayed a phone number that was disconnected.

I am trying to fill in my details, if I go into dealership or model I cant get back out after I have selected the appropriate one without losing all the info. It shows a tick next to my choice but the only way I can move off the page is the back button. Galaxy S4

The app is completely unusable. The timer is not working accurately. You need to consider that people have counted on this promotion. I promised my 6 year old daughter to bring her to the remote dealer if I won the competition . I tested the app on three different devices , none of them seem to be working, my galaxy S4 only indicates the map pointing towards the dealer whilst my wife's iPhone 4 indicates that she has arrived at the dealer. I wanted to buy a Cherokee no matter on what cost, but now ....

Opened the app to call the remote dealership right on time, but app said to turn on location services. This is always ON on my phone as I use gps regularly. App shud have told that before the start. The GPS also points towards the sea!!! I say false advertising and wonder if any of this is even true. App asked the same even on my wife's phone she has iphone n I have S4.
